Tai Sui blessing Ceremony, aka She Tai Sui, Ya Tai Sui.
Usually such ceremony is being performed at the beginning of the Lunar New Year.
People will ask, "So when is the best date to worship the Tai Sui?"
My answer is, "Any time during the 15 days of Lunar New Year."
Why? 'Cos during this 15 days, almost everyday can consider as good day, unless you are so particular on certain beliefs like 3rd day cant go out, etc.

So during the Ceremony, what must the people prepared?
For nowadays, people who are going to worship Tai Sui can dont prepare anything, 'cos most the temples will prepared the necessary items for you.
But if you like to prepare the stuffs on own, here's the list for reference:
1. Tai Sui Wen (Registing Forms for Tai Sui)
2. Tai Sui Qian (Coin with 12 Chinese Horoscope and Tai Sui Tailsman)
3. Gui Ren Zhi (Fortune/Luck Deities Paper)
4. 1000 of Golden Joss Paper (Normal Joss Paper ~ for worshipping of Deities)
5. 2 Red candles
6. 3 sticks of good Joss
7. Jian Hup & Teh Bee (Traditional candies for worshipping)
Steps:
1. Before praying to the Tai Sui, you will need to fill in the "forms", for Tai Sui, with your name, birthday, address (all in lunar calendar and chinese character)
2. Place all the necessary offering stuffs onto the altar (open up all Jian Hup and Teh Bee packing).
3. Light the candles (place each at one side)
4. Light the joss
5. Hold the Tai Sui Qian with the joss
6. Kneel down, tell Tai Sui what you requesting for (in your heart, no need to shout out)
7. After "communicating" with him, place your joss into the urn, hold your Tai Sui Qian in your hand (left hand holding your right hand, Tai Sui Qian in between the fingers), go round (on top) the joss three times.
8. Put the Tai Sui Qian in a red packet.
9. Send (burn) all the joss paper, "forms" off
10. Bring the Tai Sui Qian home
After doing all the process mentioned above, more or less you will get the blessing.
For those who didnt get the blessing, maybe you will need to do a review on whether did you sincerely do your "communicating" with Tai Sui?

For now, many areas, people have their own ways of praying to Tai Sui, nothing wrong or right.. the most important is the "sincerity/heart" you have.
