a) Make red hard boil egg and eat .
B) Eat long noodle.

c) Lastly, what i did was , go to a Buddhist temple and recite Nan Wu Guan Shi Yin Po Sa.. many many times. Ever heard from a master that during our birthday we should go temple to pray.

Pray not for ourself but for our mother, as she is the one that suffer the most on our birthday and we should do something back for her.

just my own practise only .. and share with you guys.

Hmmm, good practising, my dear bro. you have indeed doing a great job on that.

Praying on Birthdays do help alot, especially praying for our Mothers, 'cos they did suffered alot during the process of giving birth to us.

Can you imagine that they have to bear the pains for so many months and also during the moment of having to release us out, the pain is like thousand thousand times of cutting ourselves with a knife.

Dear bro, do continue doing that, may the Deities up there blessed your mum and also all our mums, long live and healthy. :P
