is there any rituals that you may suggest to celebrate the deity in charge of Ba Gua's birthday? a simple ceremony perhaps?

A "Birthday Greeting" Ceremony (chn: Zhu Shou) will be fine for that.
At night, if possible, having a Crossing Bridge Ceremony for the devotees or a Bai Dou Rituals.
