A brief history:

Chen Ying Gong, also known as "Mong Long" born in 944AD in Futain, during the
Northern Song dynasty. He passed away in 982AD at the age of 39 years old.
In 982AD, there was a uprising by the a group of bandits and the country folks. Chen Ying Gong was assigned to supress the uprising but was unfortunately killed in the fierce battle. The Emperor was very impressed with his bravery and entitled him as a Marquis. Later, the common folks regards him as a deity.

Notice the three Ying Ling She Ren [
