Most of the legends of Qing Shui Zu shi were depicted on these wall murals. This one caught my interest....it about Qing Shui Zu Shi battle with the four mountain spirits (whom capture and burnt him for 7 days and 7 night, till his whole body became black...thus his nickname Hei Lian Zhu Shi):

Let's go up. In the past, one have to climb hundred of steps (breathless climb) to get out. Now, there's a modern lift!

Once on the top ('ground') level, there's a display of Mr Lim Goh Tong's personal collection of Taoist's Deities status ( in wood as well as jade stone and granite). Here's some I like:

(My favourite shot....The Magnificant Guan Di Gong.
Behind him, on his right is Damo zhu shi;
on his left, the little known deity known as 'Ji gu [紫姑]', the privy god! wahahaha........

Out in the park!

This section of the Peng Lai Dian used to be housed in the upper cave chamber. Now, it has new shelter.
