This year, Tibetans and Tibetan Buddhists celebrate Losar on the same day as Chinese New Year. Losar is the Tibetan New Year, and usually falls on either the same day, or theres a difference of 1 day, 1 month, or a day and a month.

This year Tibetans celebrate the year of the Fire Pig. For the 1st month of the new year, the karma of all actions are multiplied by 100,000.
