注生娘娘
Goddess of Birth, chn: Zhu Sheng Niang Niang, hkk: Zu Si Niew Niew
Task(s): In-charge of the registrar of new born (life)
With her, you will be able to see 36 or 72 nannies assisting her in the looking after of new born babies.
This deity usually can be found in Heavenly and Nether World Deities temples and altars.
In folks culture, she’s believed to able to travel to Celestial Palace to make reports and down to Nether World to arrange for souls for reborn.
池头夫人（安产神）
Madam Chi Tou (translated as Madam of the Bridge Entrance), chn: Chi Tou Fu Ren, hkk: Tee Tao Hoo Lin (Jin)
Task(s): Looking after souls which are judge to be sent for reborn (in any form), giving blessings to pregnant women – ensure smooth birthing/etc

朱夫人（保安神）
Madam Zhu, chn: Zhu Fu Ren, hkk: Choo Hoo Lin (Jin)
Task(s): Giving blessing to pregnant women, looking after new born babies/etc.
This deity usually can be found in temples or altars that are dedicated to Nether World Deities or Deities that are in-charge of Birth and Death.
城隍夫人
Madam Cheng Huang, chn: Cheng Huang Fu Ren, hkk: Sheng Hong Hoo Lin (Jin)
Task(s): NIL
She was known as the wife of Cheng Huang, City Deity.
孟婆
Granny Meng, chn: Meng Po, hkk: Meng Phor
Task(s): Prepare “Meng Po Soup” for souls which are granted for reborn (In any form).
In the Nether World, she is situated at the last Court (10th), any soul that needed to exit from the Hell Gate to enter the Mortal World for reborn will need to report to her for a bowl of “Meng Po Soup”. After the soul taken the soup, the soul will erase his/her memories of past life and the situation he/she faced during the “trip” in the Nether World.
This deity can only be found in Nether World Deities temples or altars.
Rarely seen in Singapore.
