九月初九重陽節:
為極陽氣甚重之日.遠古時,人們會在今日登高及祭祖以表孝心及追思.
有人甚至會齋戒全日,以祈求闔家平安,順利.
9 day of Lunar 9 Month is the Chong Yang Festival for the Chinese– a day with the most Yang element.
In Ancient time, on this day, people will tend to go for hiking and also worshipping of Ancestors (act of filial piety and memorial of the Ancestors).
Some people will even go on Vegetarian for the whole day for requesting of blessings from the Heaven and Earth.
