In the 23rd Kaiyuan year of Tang dynasty emperor Xuan (735 AD), he was granted the title of 'Senior Official of the Silver Seal and Blue Ribbon in Charge of the Emperor's Diet". He was also known as 'Gentleman of Pervasive Mystery'.
