I got an e-mail from my mom yesterday, one of her friends from work had overheard that I wanted to become a journalist, and she told Mom about this wesite called Lulu.com, and get this: they publish your work online! You get to set the price, where it gets sold, and you can even get an ISBN for it! You even get to choose what format your book is published in, and whether or not to make it a public project! And it's completely legitimate, it's even accredited by the Better Business Bureau! (I just checked it to make sure, I try really hard not to post anything that I think is unsafe.)
So, anyhow, I just thought I'd tell everybody about it so you could take a look at it, I know we have some real talent here, and it
definitely deserves a good, long moment in the spotlight!
And if you want to look at Lulu.com, I'll provide the link so you don't have to search for it.
Lulu.comSo anyways, who writes what, and who draws what?
I do a little prose here and there, but my main talent is poetry, even if I tend to be less specific as to who I'm writing about. (It's no big deal, though- for the most part, if my subject reads their poem, they know who they are!)
I want to learn how to draw manga, but so far, I'm having trouble finding any good resources. But I'm still looking!
How about you?
