Colfer's said he'll definitely be doing a sixth one, and that that one will be the last... But then he said TEC would be the last. And then TOD was going to be the last. And then...
So, I suspect he'll change his mind and keep it going just a little while long! :D
But I can't imagine him doing more than ten. I think that'd probably be the maximum.

I definitely agree. Ten of these books? Not blasting lovely Eoin, I'd think he'd run out of ideas far before that.
I'd be content with 6. And maybe an Artemis Fowl Files-like epilogue book. Because I love to see how things end. :D
