Kaka - Milanista a vita - July 29, 2006 07:02 PM (GMT)
The only thing that I know about Roter Stern Belgrad, is, that they come from former Yugoslavia. They have already once played in the Chmapions League, but that is I thing 2 years ago, but I´m not so sure.

I think that they shouldn´t be so difficult to beat, no matter if at home or away. But nobody of our players should underestimate them, but I´m sure that that won´t do so.

I think, we can already look forward at the first round of the real Champions League!

Here´s a statement of Carlo Ancelotti about our opponent Roter Stern Belgrad

ANCELOTTI ON THE PRELIMINARY: ’Demanding game’
7/28/2006

MILAN - Carlo Ancelotti spoke to acmilan.com on the possible tie against Red Star Belgrade: ’It’s a demanding match, especially against a name like Red Star, because we haven’t had long to prepare. They have a stadium which is like an inferno, 80 to 90,000 fans can make a difference, I have good memories of playing them but Red Star are one of the strongest sides to come up against.’

Drizinha - July 29, 2006 07:21 PM (GMT)
First we will play in San Siro..

Christina - July 30, 2006 11:24 AM (GMT)

Kaka - Milanista a vita - July 30, 2006 06:15 PM (GMT)
Well, just like I said once before: It definitely isn´t impossible to beat this team, because our guys are the favourites for this game! B)

The decision of the UEFA comes closer and closer...

WEDNESDAY DECISION FOR MILAN
7/31/2006

MILAN - UEFA Emergency Panel will give its decision on Wednesday at 14.00 CET on whether Milan can participate in the 2006-07 Champions League.

Drizinha - August 1, 2006 06:52 PM (GMT)
ummm.. so we can probably not play?

 lol

Honey - August 2, 2006 12:56 AM (GMT)
I thought it was sure we were going to play

Kaka - Milanista a vita - August 2, 2006 06:30 AM (GMT)
To tell the truth: It never has been sure that we really can start in the Champions League. Because fist they said that we could play in the UEFA Cup, than the regulations got reworked so that we finished the last season on the third place, that means Qualification for the CL, but as you can see, the people from the UEFA want to make sure, that our club really is "clean" (of course we are! :D). But today in the afternoon we´re gonna now more about this years international future of AC Milan. B)

Lilas - August 2, 2006 01:31 PM (GMT)
YAY!!!the UEFA has confirmed the participation of Milan in the preliminary round!!ahahaha so happy! :goooo: :yahoo:

Drizinha - August 2, 2006 06:03 PM (GMT)

Here´s the official statement of AC Milan´s lawyer, Leandro Cantamessa

CANTAMESSA: 'There were no alternatives'
8/2/2006

MILAN - After UEFA’s verdict that has definitively confirmed Milan in the preliminary round of the Champions League 2006/07, the Rossonero lawyer Leandro Cantamessa has expressed his satisfaction in a telephone link with Milan Channel: ’From my point of view - the lawyer said - 'there were no alternatives to such a decision due to the lack of specific norms. Milan already had been subjected to a disciplinary sanction although, I repeat, it was totally innocent. The decision on the part of the UEFA Emergency Panel to judge our position right until the end has not annoyed us, even if we were not serene as it is never particularly likeable to be waiting on such a decision.’

Drizinha - August 2, 2006 06:40 PM (GMT)
great! so August 9! here we goo! B) :goooo:

MaNgO - August 2, 2006 10:31 PM (GMT)

Kaka - Milanista a vita - August 3, 2006 07:35 AM (GMT)
Uh, Belgrad have won their return match 3-0 against Cork City. Seems like the strikers of them aren´t to bad, but I think that there´s no reason to worry about them if everybody of our players concentrate to 100 % on their excersice. B)

Kaka - Milanista a vita - August 3, 2006 07:37 AM (GMT)
Here I´ve got a statement of our Mr. President, Silvio Berlusconi..

SILVIO BERLUSCONI: ’Only Milan damaged’
8/2/2006

ROME - After Milan’s admission to the Champions League, president Silvio Berlusconi said: ’The truth is that only Milan have been damaged, and it’s absolutely alien to these events and the years of playing the best football in Europe.’

Kaka - Milanista a vita - August 4, 2006 06:31 AM (GMT)
GILARDINO: ‘We will do everything to win’
8/3/2006

MILAN - Alberto Gilardino spoke about the upcoming game against Red Star Belgrade: ‘They are a really tough team. We are working hard to prepare. We will do everything that we can to win and pass this round. We are determined and we know that we have to be patient as we work our way back into top shape, I think we will be back at 100% by next week.’

Drizinha - August 5, 2006 07:12 PM (GMT)
Really.. I'm gonna kill myself if they dun win!

:goooo: :goooo:

Hope this words aren´t your honest, because the club would loose a great fan and we all in here would loose a great friend. :bearcry:

But here´s something that the president of Roter Stern Belgrad said:

STOJKOVIC: ‘It will be a tough game’
8/4/2006

MILANO - Dragan Stojkovic, president of Red Star Belgrade, spoke about the upcoming Champions League game with Milan: 'I don’t think we could have drawn a tougher opponent. Then again, to be able to play against a giant like Milan is a spectacular opportunity. The last time our two teams waged a war was 18 years ago. The matches were unforgettable; however, I feel that the time is right for our rivalry to be put to a new test. It will be an uphill battle for both teams.'

Kinda the same just like Carlo already said, but only from the mouth of Belgrad´s president. B)

Drizinha - August 5, 2006 08:12 PM (GMT)
Hahahaha u are so funny Martin!

I won't do it.. I just hope we pass.. we have to make it!

I´ve got some nice news for everybody of us. B)

GALLIANI: ’Kakà will play Wednesday’
8/6/2006

MILAN - Adriano Galliani spoke about the Ricky Kakà situation: ’Kakà will play in the Champions League, end of story. It’s not normal for Calderon, Mijatovic and Baldini to keep talking about Kakà, because he’s staying at Milan. I have great respect for the history of the club but not this class of official. This gesture isn’t good, not from such a great club.’

Kaka - Milanista a vita - August 7, 2006 01:42 PM (GMT)
Here I´ve got an other positive statement of our Pippo Inzaghi. B)

INZAGHI: ‘We will beat them with the help of the fans’
8/7/2006

MILAN - La Gazzetta dello Sport published an interview with Filippo Inzaghi in which the striker spoke about the upcoming Champions League match: ‘Wednesday will be emotional. I have always dreamed of having a birthday at the San Siro with my team-mates and the fans, but normally there aren’t any official matches on August 9 so I thought that it would never happen. But instead, Red Star Belgrade are a difficult opponent and I invite the fans to support Milan.’ Pippo is happy that Milan have access to the Champions League, he said: ‘It was really great news because the Champions League is always our first objective. I like vacation, but when Milan call I always respond. This is my second family. Playing in another final would be fantastic. We must beat Red Star Belgrade and we will do it with the help of our fans. Go Milan!’

I can only reply the last two words of the statement:

GO MILAN!!! :goooo: :goooo: :goooo:

Drizinha - August 7, 2006 11:50 PM (GMT)
HAPPY B-DAY TO PIPPO IN ADVANCEEE!!!

LET'S WIN THIS! HOPE INZAGHI SCORES!

FORZA MILAN!!

WE HAVE TO MAKE IT!!!

:D :D :bounce:

Kaka - Milanista a vita - August 8, 2006 07:35 AM (GMT)
Right, that would be the best way for Pippo to make himself a nice Birthday present and the team could give him also a nice present, if they´re gonna win both games!
