I get what you say. Where are you from? The time is different from where I am. I guess it's the default (I have no idea exactly, I think it's 0) Mine for example is -3 (or +3? :P :P) The time is a variable depending on where are you. It's not depending from a country, it's from a time frame (is that ok?) :himm:
