AC Milan officially congratulated the new Champions League winners Manchester United.
Following yesterday night AC Milan are no longer the European champions as Manchester United were the victors in the Moscow final against Chelsea after a dramatic penalty shoot-out. The Rossoneri released an official note on their website in which they wanted to pay tribute to the new Champions League holders.
"Manchester United, who became European champions for the third time in their history (the last time was in 1999), succeed Milan in the golden list of the Champions League. Referring also to the nice words said about Milan by coach Sir Alex Ferguson yesterday, we give our sincere congratulations to the winners of the 2008 Final in Moscow. We also extend our congratulations to Chelsea, who came within a step of the victory as well."
The two sides also met in last year's semifinals: Milan lost the first leg at Old Trafford 3-2, but thrashed the Mancunians 3-0 at San Siro. |

Why Milan didn't congratulate Merda for winning the scudetto? and if Merda ever wins CL (pff not even in nightmares!) will Milan congratulate them too??

Well,I wouldn't be surprised since Berlusconi supported them against Roma and Liverpool <_< (but as u said,Merda wil never win CL :brrr: )

I don't like Ferguson but if he says something good about us then I must start liking him. Congrats United! You are not better than Milan ( :lol: ) but you are good and you've shown it enough.
