I agree, Chelsea just had bad luck is all, they're skill and game was a thousand times better that Manchester's in the 2nd half. I mean, seariously, they had like a whole bunch of shots and two clear ones didn't go in because it hit the bar. :rolleyes:

I agree with Matija, this year I wasn't much interested in football. Not because I don't like it (Jeez it's my passion!) but cuz I didn't have much time for that... So I didn't see the whole game although I was sure it would be a great match! I mean a final between English teams meant very fast and fighting game..!! And I was right
I watched a bit of every half and the goals and I watched the whole extra time and the penalties. I always like penalties when my teams don't play cuz I feel excited than nervous.

Until yesterday before the game, I didn't support any team. I was thinking that the best and luckiest will win. Years ago I was a Manu fan and then I was a Chelsea fan (or ok ok a Murinho fan to be exact). But I was feeling that Manchester would win because the last 2 years they're very good.
While watching the extra time, I thought Chelsea deserved it more. It was Lampard's effort when the ball ended on the horizontal goal post and then it was Terry's excellent save with his head in a very good moment for Manu. Gosh! Yeah, finally I was supporting Chelsea!!

And then the penalties, woohoo!! When C.Ronaldo missed his penalty I couldn't help laughing so loud and mean. ahahaha I mean, he had missed a penalty against Barcelona too! lol He's too sure of his abilities, someone has to wake him up and call him down to Earth..! And then Terry missed the penalty too... Quite sad... And then Anelka too and the title to Red Devils

But I'm not sad or disappointed. I'm happy for Manchester United. Ronaldo can receive now the Golden Ball etc. What I'm looking forward right now is.... Euro 2008!!!!!! Yioupiiiiiiiiiii!!!!!!!

i started to watch the match, but it was boring to me and i turned off the tv, however i switch it on again later and i watched extra time and penalties, i was supporting Chelsea and i still think that they deserved to win, they were much better in second half and the whole extra time, btw they didn't get penalty which in my opinion was penalty :P
when Ronaldo was preparing to shot (penalty) i knew that he's going to miss, n00b :lol: i'd be so happy that Manchester lost because of him, eh eh, but then bad luck for Terry, i'm kinda sorry for that guy...

I didn't watched the game (except the two goals...and it wasn't on purpose they waited for me to watch to score the two times!) because the little part i watch I broke two nails (I'm serious!) so Zoe kept me updated...when she told me Man U won my first thought was 1999Final with Beckam's two amazing corners and the two gaolls in the two last minutes me beeing so happy and my bro who wanted to kill me...and all the Munchen players and supporters crying..arf

And since then i was waiting for another Man U final and I wanted them to win so hard...I'm not a huge fan anymore like I used ot be blame it on Beckham! but seeing them doing good and winning is so good!!!

So thank you just for this little joy and for the tears it brought to my eyes when I remembered my first years of beeing a CL addict!

I actually started to watch football thanks to Pippo and Beckham...lol

I always supported Pippo as for Beckham I forgot him when he went to Madrid...and at the same time my interest for Milan and Italian football grew up so I kinda abondoned Manchester too...lol
