Napoli 3-1 Milan

Milan were beaten 3-1 by Napoli at the San Paolo stadium, compromising the Rossoneri's chances of finishing fourth as Fiorentina simultaneously beat Parma by the same score.

Following last week's derby victory against Inter, Milan had to confirm their good form away to Napoli, who were already safe, in order to ensure they would finish fourth in the table and qualify for the Champions League. But the Rossoneri played one of their worst games of the season, and went down 3-1 against a very motivated Napoli side.

Marek Hamsik opened the score in the 36th minute for Napoli after a fine counterattack, and a penalty by Maurizio Domizzi made it 2-0 in the 69th.

There were two more goals in injury time, but those are for the statistics. Garics made it 3-0 with a great long range shot, and Clarence Seedorf made it 3-1 with a free kick.

in order to be no.4 again fiorentina needs to loose last match and milan to win his <_<

so last match of the league will decide everything....they have against which team???what about fiorentina ? maybe it will be difficult for them to win

It was all too good in the beginning. We beat Merda and were fourth place within the same match. Napoli just put us back to reality. :fluut:
