the problem is when I choose a pic and I want to change it I just see an error and it says :
Sorry, an error occurred. If you are unsure on how to use a feature, or don't know why you got this error message, try looking through the help files for more information.
The error returned was:
You are not allowed to upload that type of file as an avatar or personal photo

i think that you need first remove your old avatar

it's because your pic is too big...you have too resize it and try again :)

its about 29.3 KB (30,054 bytes)
is it big ? and its bmp file.

how many pixels does it have exactly? is it 100 x100 or 150x150?

convert it to a .jpg or .jpeg file .bmp are not allowed ;)

Yup, do what Leila says and if it doesn't work, try not to upload it from your pc, paste the link of the avatar. If it still doesn't work, send me a message, I'll see what I can do in my Admin CP. xD

I can only imagine if we had music in avatars...
we'll have like Finley, green day, MCR, Linkin park, 30stm, pink, and Justin at the same time...gosh :blink:

oh maybe i didnt say it in proper way but i'll give you a link maybe u'll know what i want :rolleyes: sorry if i made anyone confused, just bring mouse arrow on kaka'a avatar and there is background music (same song fan were singing when he brought golden ball to italy), i want like that, but i dont know how :(
