Title: Slipknot
Description: Maggots this way...

hed SK - May 29, 2006 05:47 PM (GMT)
I think that Slipknot is the best metal band.
I like the music and the band. Iowa is one of the best
albums I ever heard. And the shows are amazing... headbanger

metabolic - May 29, 2006 07:46 PM (GMT)
i agree man.
Really good live show, 4 amazing albums. What a band.
Even though the self-titled was the first i heard, Iowa is still my favourite. It's just that little bit heavier, and the drumming in it is insane.

SHaGGGz - May 29, 2006 08:34 PM (GMT)
yup, i been a maggot since the self-titled... and i gots me a copy of MFKR :P
self-titled has got to be my favorite cd.
i think i have pretty much all of their rare songs, if anyone has any requests let me know

Shakezulah - May 29, 2006 10:41 PM (GMT)
Love em. I've liked them since a little after Iowa came out. That was my favorite album by them, but now Vol. 3 is my fav. I really hope they come back and bring out another album.

I think they are going to record it after the Stone Sour tour.

Onan - May 30, 2006 06:08 PM (GMT)
i don't like Slipknot much... yes, they have some very nice songs, but most are crappy for me

but Stone Sour...mhm :D awesome

The Wizard Of Ozzy - May 30, 2006 06:10 PM (GMT)
Slipknots great. Vol 3 is my favorite album of theirs (most people probably disagree!).

Its a pure gold album. The Subliminal Verses has nearly every song
brutal. But Iowa is a little bit better.

Shakezulah - May 30, 2006 09:05 PM (GMT)
Iowa is a lot heavier, but Vol. 3 is a much more mature sounding album, mostly due to the fact that they've added a lot of more complex songs and solos. Also, Corey actually singing sometimes helps a lot, too. I'd really like to see them do a fourth album. All of the other band members have other side projects and shit going on, namely Stone Sour, so it would be quite awhile before they would get back together again.

SHaGGGz - May 30, 2006 09:29 PM (GMT)
the blister exists has the sweetest drum solo ive ever heard. gotta love that militance!

hed SK - June 14, 2006 04:10 PM (GMT)
If you are 555 than Im 666... headbanger

Mephisto - July 18, 2006 02:35 AM (GMT)
I don't like them. I think they're posers. No offend!
But, IOWA is their best shoot. :D

sixteenvolt420 - July 18, 2006 08:14 AM (GMT)
i like em, self titled is my favorite cd of theirs.

A controversial guest appearance of Slipknot and Biohazard members during the set of Dj Rob Gee at the Dutch techno festival Sensation Black yesterday, has resulted in a stagefight. As Dutch newspaper 'De Telegraaf' reports, techno fans were already boo-ing the DJ away before his set had started. At around 02.00 a.m. Gee was about to start in his 90's Gabber hit 'XTC, You Got What I Need' and a visitor climbed the stage. Rob Gee felt threatened and went on a fist fight with the man.

One day later Rob Gee reacted to the incident: "The guy came running at me and attacked me. I immediately had to think of my friend and former Pantera guitarist Dimebag Darrel. He got shot on stage." Rob Gee was backed on stage by none other than DJ Starscream (a.k.a. Sid Wilson) of SLIPKNOT and Billy Graziadei and Scotty "Sure Shot" Roberts of BIOHAZARD. Other artists that performed at Sensation Black included DARK RAVER, THE PROPHET, and KAI TRACID.

DJ, producer and beat creator Rob Gee is also member of AMPT, a project featuring Sid Wilson, Scott Roberts, Fred Wood on drums, and Keith Rooney of GUTWRENCH on bass guitar.

Slipknot pissed me off last summer because of their lawsuit with burger king. But in all Slipknot is a good experiance. I like their music. Iowa is a great alubm.

I can't hold a grudge against them forever because of something their dumbass lawyers did.

hed SK - July 27, 2006 08:05 PM (GMT)
