Just to start off, I've been trying to lose weight for almost 11 years now, and I recently tried the Acai Berry diet and it's working very well for me.

I lost 22 lbs in just under 4 months (I ate more often and smaller meals as well) and walked the dog twice a day, and took my Acai Berry! And it didn't make me all jittery like some of the other stuff I've tried. I came across a good site with some solid Acai info it's Acai-Information.com
