OK I found it, it's not actually a Lone Catalysts song, it's actually from J. Rawls's first solo project, and it's called Great Live Caper, and its rapped by J-Live, on the album The Essence of J. Rawls...

So that tracklisting should be changed to 15. J Rawls ft J-Live - Great Live Caper

I'll keep researching the other songs that are missing

EDIT: OK, the Panacea track is called 'Aim High', track 9 is Kev Brown - Albany (about a girl called Albany, obv lol, its one of my favs on the mix), the band on track 11 is All Natural, and track 17 is by Median and it's called Brenda's Baby.
