Are they any MOD's up for the job?

There have been discussions for mods having Admin permissions so we could maintain the site, however no one can get a hold of HTID, it's like he fell off the face of the earth :(

We are not happy at this point in time watching the site fall apart, but there's nothing we can do without him.

Yes, we've had many discussions recently about this. The problems are growing more numerous all the time, but there's literally nothing we can do about them. We would all be up for the job. No one's heard from HTID in ages, however, and he is the only person who can make any of us admins.

We are currently discussing what to do about the situation. As much as I hate to say it, jumping ship is becoming more and more the most viable option at this point. I know we would lose practically everything we've done over the past 2 a half years, but that's a price we may have to pay in order to keep this community.

We'll try and keep the rest of you guys updated with what's going on.

Yeah, shit sucks around here lately. Anybody else having the problem w/ seeing new posts? Yeah we all see that. HTID, needs to re-upload those pictures to a new photo server website. But its not going to happen. Soon the banner at the top will also have the same problem. We're sorry, but without HTID logging in and doing anything to change things around here shits going to get more annoying and worse. There's only so much that we, the moderators, can do. But we're brainstorming some ideas right now so as to end all of this garbage.

I don't think anyone will get admin powers (bites tounge) because HTID has to do that as well. I have PM'ed him countless times and he never responds back and they all have been requests to turn Shak, Unison, W-T-D, wedged or myself as an admin so at least one of us can keep this place more in order.

It's way too early to go into specifics, but what we've been coming up with would require some serious sacrifices, but will make everything worth it in the long run. HTID just isn't responding to any of us, so there is no way we could become admins at this location. We're all just as upset as you are. But believe me, we are not just going to sit here watch this community go to shit.

Alright, well I think I get the picture and if he isn't responding, well then, what can ya do? We really have no choice but to start overe. Just be sure to let us all know when the new site is up and running.

The mods are great here, I was saying though... if you need the admin to get shit done, well then maybe HTID isn't that great of a candidate. I was kinda stating the powertrip towards him, so no offense to you guys, ok? I think you guys do a great job with what you can, but if the damn Admin isn't gonna give up powers to someone else who actually will fix and make changes for this place to get better then... yeah, I think we should move to a new site. He obviously isn't gettin' the job done, so I think he should either A. Save us the hassle of moving to another site and give up his Admin powers to someone else or B. We should all just move to a different site and have one of you mods be admin... someone who is able to be around more and keep a better watch on things in case something needs to be done.

What's most likely going to happen is that the current mod team (wedged, WTD, Unisonband, Sinister, and myself) are all going to be administrators in the new site, since we are all coming up with it. It'd just be easier than only having 1 or 2 people that can update the site who might not always be around. We will select a new mod team of a few people after everything gets going.
