Man, the SubNoize label sure is signing a lot of kickass talent! I hope they keep it up

headbanger headbanger

Broke2012 - March 18, 2008 08:47 PM (GMT)
they gonna, as long as they keep signing more rock-oriented bands

SPANinc - March 21, 2008 09:45 AM (GMT)
Does this strike anyone else as odd? If I'm not mistaken they released their last couple of albums on their own label...

No offence to suburban noize, but I don't think suicidal really fit. does this mean that infectious grooves will also be with suburban noize?

great news!!

I know only a couple of songs, so what do you think is their best album to buy?

it depends - their music on a whole is very different from album to album, so it depends on your tastes.

I'd say the safest bet is probably Freedumb, one of my favourite albums of all time from any band. You could also try Free Your Soul And Save My Mind. Once you get a taste, go for the self-titled album - its the shit.

All I wanted was a Pepsi, JUST ONE PEPSI. BUT SHE WOULDN'T GET IT FOR ME - JUST A PEPSI!

classic

I remember, a while back I was surprised to hear Limp Bizkit give props to them.

"All I wanted was a pepsi, just a pepsi, far from Suicidal, still I get them Tendencies"

lax3b - March 27, 2008 01:56 AM (GMT)
The Pepsi thing is in a Senses fail song too, I forget which one though.

Excellent choice - Prime Cuts is fuckin awesome! This best of however hasn't got heaps of their newer stuff (it came out in 1997). It's sort of a best of for their earlier stuff.

Make sure you check out Freedumb - if you like prime cuts you'll love it.

Once you hear their newer stuff (like free your soul and save my mind), if you like the funky sounds check out Cyco Miko's side project Infectious Grooves.
