Okay first of all. There is way too much spamming going on here, period. And there is only one mod on this forum and thats WTD. Onan hasn't show up here in months so he isn't really a mod. HTID hasn't shown up also. Can someone e-mail him and tell him to add at least two more? I tried PMing him and nothing happened.

Sent HTID an e-mail. Hopefully he replies back.

Certainly not enough mods here! For example: on some similar forum like this we have 9 mods and 1 administrator.

Alright then. HTID made me a mod. So expect this site to be a little cleaner from now on. I cleaned up all the spamming on the Tiny Bubz interview thread so it's free of spam right now. Also deleted some threads in the General Chat area and deleted the spam post on the Deftones thread.

Good luck on cleaning the mess up. ;)

Damn. I've tried to become a mod here a few times times before. I'm here everyday and I was one of the first people to ever join this site. Looks like you got it easy, sinister.

Shakezulah try e-mailing HTID. Thats how I got the spot. I told him about things that would make the forum better too. So its worth a shot.

Personally I think wedged, Unisonband and Shakezulah would make fine moderators. I think you should all ask for a spot.

It's true about the msn convo. It was quite funny.

I got more reasons to like the other board more

1. I don't like the layout. It looks like a bad rip off of the other board's design. But design ain't that important, yeah.
2. I don't like the way the board is divided. There are few sections that could be merged (reviews, interviews, other music) and some very important sections are missing (downloads/media, Insomnia lyrics and maybe art and fellow musicians).
3. I don't like the way HTID "leads" the board (the moderator team is cool tho).
4. Still no spam solution and no search engine.
5. Small smiley selection... :lol:

But I gotta admit it's cool that Tiny posts here and there's overally more user activity. That puts me in bad position.

It's been 9 months since the other board was started and since HTID promised to get things better and the only things that changed was the layout, the Insomnia reviews section and that the rapcore (that took Onan much work) section was deleted.

If I wanna get some news I check here, but I feel no need to post.

Due to the fact that HTID no longer has an internet connection at his home, there's not exactly a lot he can be doing for this site right now, so it's not really his fault the site hasn't been changed recently.

It's easy. He can temorarily name someone else admin.
But that's just what's never going to happen.

I know I sound pretty bitchy right now but it's not like I don't understand that there are more important things in life than some internet board and that sometimes you just don't have the time to care about the less important ones.
But that's no excuse for letting the board without a change.

I can agree with you on some points Mr._Jack, but HTID is a good guy, he'll come through once he gets and internet connection.

Though making someone like WTD, a temporary Admin wouldn't be such a bad idea...

I see what you mean now. Still drop a post every now and then. Your not hurting anyone. Plus, your a big (Hed) fan so why not give your input and opinion on some of the things that we discuss about?

Yeah, you're right. I might post from time to time, when there's something interesting goin' on.
