I found this great review when I was googlin for stuff about HED and Insomnia. Just give it a quick read. Its quite short but cuts to all the important points in no time.

"Call it Rapcore, call it Punk Hop, but (hed)PE is sick shit no matter how you label it. These boys have always raged in two worlds, embracing punk and infusing it with slick hip-hop beats that flow like liquid gold. Calling out the pussies, posers, politicians and prima donna's who have infiltrated and taken over the music industry, as well as the country we live in, (hed) PE is back again to warp your fragile mind.

From government to ganja and private parts to public wars, they seem to have covered it all. Insomnia is a solid stack of tracks that will satisfy the most brutal metal craving while keeping the 10's in the trunk thumpin' low. The first track "Madhouse" lets you know from that first filthy bass line that the game is fuckin' on! From their covering of the classic Buffalo Springfield hit, "For What It's Worth," to "Children," reminding us that we are, once again, in a desperate time, and that our role in the global environment is in need of some pretty drastic changes, Insomnia is sick, solid and deeply satisfying."
