Yokushin stared that stupid rabbit down from far away. It was nibbling at the brand new grasses, just enjoying its day. He needed to catch it, and then he'd give it to Freya in hopes to make her feel better. After that, he knew he should check up on Mother, make sure she was holding out okay. At least he didn't have to worry about her as much since the warm weather had her feeling a little better, but he still needed to keep an eye on her, as well as Freya and her brood of puppies. Man, he had his paws full, but he had appointed himself to these jobs so he had no room to be complaining.<p>
With a sudden burst of speed, he sped towards the rabbit. He was able to gain quite a bit of ground on it before it started to flee since it had been occupied with enjoying the tasty grasses and he did have a decent stride. He wasn't exactly a little wolf anymore. Yokushin had filled out more during the last few weeks, but by no means was he his adult bulk yet, he was just starting to edge closer and closer to it. Anyway, he ran as hard as he could after the rabbit that was doing the same. He found he was doing pretty good so far, and hoped that nothing would go wrong. The rabbit tried to run a slightly zig-zagging pattern, but it didn't help it enough to matter.<p>
Finally, Yokushin was close enough to pounce, so that's what he did. Spring forward, he came back down this his front paws on the rabbit's back, causing it to stop. It was squirming around underneath his grip, making its rabbit squeals, but it wasn't running any longer, so he took his jaws and clamped down on its throat, causing it to suffocate. Only when it stopped moving did he let it go entirely. He dropped it to the ground and let it fall with a thud on the soft grasses to catch his breath. The male plopped his multihued butt down next to his new kill and happened to glance up at the sky, noticing that a storm looked to be coming this way from the West. Meh. A little rain wouldn't kill him, even if it got here before he moved onwards.

Cautious eyes watched from a fair distance in curiosity. He watched the young grey wolf stalk and pounce the rabbit until he finally caught it and it was dead in his paws. He wasn't actually a bad hunter now that he thought about it. If only there was a way to help him. Gekirin followed from a distance trying to find out who this brute was by mere scent. Nothing came to his maw yet due to the fact that there wasn't a lot of wind in the atmosphere. So instead of looking to the air, he was forced to trail him by joyous tracking. What fun. Gekirin continued to walk towards him with deep interest, then suddenly, the scent just kind of slapped him in the face. Was this is new brother that Aiyoku was talking about?! It all happened so quickly that Gekirin barely had the time to think of what he would say. First, he met his beloved mother, then Aiyoku, now this dumb butt? Wow. Things were really beginning to look up for the black yearling. Gekirin now found the confidence to walk fully up to him with a friendly grin appearing on his face. His features were calm and relaxed. This was a confident wolf in Yokushin's presence.
<p>
"Hey there, Yokushin. It's about time that you and I met." A smiling Gekirin looked down apon his brother, but not by much. Mother had told him that he was probably the largest of the litter, and right now, it seemed that she was right. The black wolf stood tall above Yokushin with his tail wagging in a friendly manner. Again though, bad thoughts began to trail into his mind. What if his brother would attack him like he had done to Sorcen and Netami? Well then, he would have to confince him that he wasn't the type of wolf to go after him or mother. Violence was just not in his nature, for now that is. Gekirin really didn't have the time or place to practice his fighting skills. Way back when he was younger, he had seen other wolves fight each other in great battles and it had always sparked a peculiar interest within the pup's mind. Violent actions and great wars were something that he was more then willing to learn and love.
<p>
"Need help getting something bigger? You look as if you are on some important mission for somebody. Is mother the one who is on your mind?" Gekirin asked him wondering why he was out here all alone. Perhaps there could have been others around to help him get something much bigger in these vast hunting grounds. A low grumbling sound came from his lower abdomen and he realized that he was hungrier then he really thought. Something would have to be done about that and soon. Gekirin didn't want to take the catch that his brother had already made. No. That wouldn't be fair. Not at all. Gekirin would find something to devour on his own.

Honestly, Yokushin had been zoning out so he hadn't noticed his brother's approach until it was pretty much too late. His senses heightened when he heard the voice, and it prompted him to turn. <i>'Hey there, Yokushin. It's about time that you and I met.'</i> the black male said, and Yokushin narrowed his golden eyes. How did this stranger know his name?! Sure, he was the Alpha Heir and all, but he didn't think he was that important and all. Also, why was it about time they met? What was going on here? He forgot about his kill for a moment, not even thinking to guard it from this possible theif.<p>

But, the black wolf here didn't look menacing, in fact, he was wagging his tail and approaching with some friendliness. Even though he could clearly see all of that, he was still very weary of this male. He didn't even know that this was his brother coming towards him, that this was the final one he had yet to meet. He'd met the other two stolen siblings, and even aided in their extermination, but little did he know that Gekirin here was at least different. Anyway, Yokushin didn't say a thing. Usually he would introduce himself but this other wolf clearly knew his name without him telling it to him, so there was no need.<p>

<i>'Need help getting something bigger? You look as if you are on some important mission for somebody. Is mother the one who is on your mind?'</I> Again, the multihued male furrowed his brows. Was this dude in his mind or something, because this was awfully creepy! <b><font color="#CCCCBB">"Actually, it's for Mother <i>and</i> Freya, plus her puppies."</b></font> he said sternly, not letting his golden eyes stray from the form of his brother. He didn't even bother to explain the Freya situation, nor did he care to. <b><font color="#CCCCBB">"And I can catch more all by myself."</b></font> he took care to add, making sure to make his words sound nice and stubborn. He didn't need this random mind-reader to come and help him hunt. He could provide for Mother, Freya, the brood of puppies, <u>and</u> himself just fine <s>(at least he liked to think so)</s>.<p>

Yokushin took a moment to investigate the "rival". He was larger, and black like Mother, with peculiarly golden eyes, also like Mother and himself. Wait a minute, Yokushin took a second to get a decent whiff of this wolf, and found Mother's scent on her fur, as well as Aiyoku's! He tipped his ears back, finally voicing the question that had been welling up in his mind for a few seconds now aloud. <b><font color="#CCCCBB">"Why do you smell like Mother and Aiyoku?"</b></font> He'd missed the memo announcing that Gekirin here was his blood relation, so naturally, he was fiercely apprehensive of this whole situation, especially all the chaos he'd seen already.

"It's me, brother. It's Gekirin. I've come back home. But don't be alarmed. I am not like the other two whom you've helped slay. I have come back to help this pack and mom. I don't mean any harm nor will I ever wish to." Gekirin introduced himself and then took a slight bow to show that Yokushin was probably the better of the two. He had known mother longer and had a better understanding of this place even though he was young like Gekirin himself. "I also aplogize for startling you. I just wanted to see you so badly. I just happened to meet mom earlier and also our sister, Aiyoku. She is quite wierd." He said again smiling from ear to ear. What a day this turned out to be. Gekirin backed off a bit to let his brother get some air and to feel more comfortable. He never eyed the catch that Yokushin had brought down. That was for the female known as Freya, mother, and these pups. And them alone.

[dohtml]<center><table width="355px" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" border="2px" bordercolor="#CCCCBB"><tr><td bgcolor="black"><br><font color="#997755" face="verdana" style="font-size:10px"><div style="line-height: 101%; margin-left: 20; margin-right: 20; margin-top: 5; margin-bottom: 5;"align="justify" letter-spacing:3px>ooc: it's okay, I just have had a bunch of free time the last few days. o__o; plus it rained all day today so I'm housebound. >| <p>
Yokushin maintained the furrowed brows. This situation wasn't something he thought he liked yet. He was terribly apprehensive of most wolves after the Sorcen and Netami drama, and this male was too weird. He knew his name, smelled like Mother, and in the back of his mind, Yokushin felt that he was familiar to him in some way or another. This black male didn't look to be <i>too</i> old, but he was larger than himself or Koani, even Sorcen and Netami. The brown male didn't get to see a lot of wolves his own age, so he really didn't have a wide perspective as to what were the average sizes for wolves that age.<p>
<i>'It's me, brother. It's Gekirin. I've come back home. But don't be alarmed. I am not like the other two whom you've helped slay. I have come back to help this pack and mom. I don't mean any harm nor will I ever wish to.'</i> Yokushin listened to this and let it set in for a moment. He'd heard the name Gekirin before, and knew what was up before he even explained further. He wanted to just take his word and get on, but he was still cautious, especially after his relationship with his other father-rasied siblings. Instead, he only softened his glare a little bit, but it was better than nothing. He wasn't in the mood for more fighting, as that wasn't his style and he had just finished healing (physically) from the last one. The mental scarring from that evening wasn't going away any time soon. <p>
<i>'I also apologize for startling you. I just wanted to see you so badly. I just happened to meet mom earlier and also our sister, Aiyoku. She is quite wierd.'</i> his brother went on to say, and he realized that he hadn't said anything since demanding to know where he'd gotten Mother and Aiy's scents on him. <b><font color="#CCCCBB">"Yeah. Aiy's like that, she's been like that for as long as I can remember."</b></font> he said simply, taking off some of the malice from his tones. He like talking about his family a lot. They were his world plus some, and he supposed he could open up to the idea of another brother, although he already had Koani the "I am smarter than you" Neenerface to contend with. <p>
He kept quiet for a moment, feeling the breezes from the oncoming storm ruffle his fur up. <b><font color="#CCCCBB">"Well um, welcome home I suppose."</b></font> he said, flicking an ear. Part of him was happy to have more family, but part of him wanted to run this wolf off. Of course, he was too much of a coward to do that, so he tried to be indifferent to this all. Out of seemingly nowhere, he turned the conversation to a varied topic. <b><font color="#CCCCBB">"Was Mother okay when you saw her? Because I'm worried about her and everything. I don't like it when she goes to the borders alone. I've heard of lots of random murders along the edges and she's..."</b></font> he dwindled off, leaving it at that. He wanted to ask about Dhrejon, his sire, soon, but he would leave it at that just to make sure he didn't seem too eager to converse.

Yay! Gots to post more! I actually felt like making a good post today. lol. ^_^ And this one was even more decent then the last. lol. O_O
[dohtml]<center><div style="width: 444px; border: 4px double #AA0033; background-color: #000000; background-image: url(http://i18.tinypic.com/4c9kpad.png); background-repeat: no-repeat; background-position: top center;"><div style="margin-top: 317px; padding: 15px; font-family: Verdana; font-size:11px; line-height:12px; color: #AA5555; text-align: justify;line-height: 14px;"> Surprisingly, Yokushin opened up to him a little about mother and the fact that he was quite concerned for her well being. It made him feel a little more welcomed at home. Gekirin smiled a bit when he heard his brother's remark about Aiyoku. She was quite the strange one that was for sure. "Mother has been doing ok I guess. I'm not sure how she is fairing with those injuries. There is only one concern that I have with her, that's her eye sight. Her eyes are beginning to dull more and more with each passing day." He replied hanging his head slightly in dismay. Gekirin never liked to be the one to be the bringer of bad news, but in this case, he was glad to do it for the sake of family. Quickly, the bigger brother caught signs of distress in Yoku and decided to ask if it was going to be ok to help him in any way possible, that is of course if he would allow Gekirin. "Yokushin, I know that I may have come to this place and into your life so suddenly, but is there any way that I can make up for lost time? There is so much that I want to do aroud here to help but I'm not sure of what I can do. Mother seems to be doing just fine with you protecting her well, but may I make a suggestion? Would you mind if I helped a little as well? You don't need to allow me, but just think about it. Also, I'm not trying to take over your job as mother's care taker, if that is what you think that I'm trying to plan here. You've done a better job then I have." Gekirn spoke showing great gratitude and thankfullness towards Yokushin. Gekirn also showed concern for his new brother as well, something with him just wasn't right. "Other then mother, is something else on your mind? Or do you just want to get back to mom and Freya? I'm willing to do what ever it is you have to accomplish." He spoke again in a soft and easy tone. His whole body posture stood relaxed and unnerved.
<p>
Gekirin sat himself down in a calm position letting the winds of Spring take his coat as it ruffled about. His eyes held a glassy tired look as well. It was getting to the point where the black male was getting a bit lazy. Oh great, he couldn't let that happen now, could he? Gekirin pondered a little about Yokushin and his ever growing need to care for mother. What was he supposed to be really? Mother's great guardian? He couldn't do everything for her. A snuff came from his maw in a quiet gruff sound that signalled he was slightly annoyed at this small fact. Now that Yoku was taking pretty much all of their mother's issues in the pack, there really wasn't much room left for him to do something in their family life anymore. This was getting to be annoying. Again, he felt that pang of jealousy simmer into his soul. Anger rose up from within him and he found it hard to contain. But during this whole conversation, Gekirin managed to keep himself under control. At least he would remain this way for the time being. After this encounter though, things were going to get rough. It was in Gekirin's nature to be loving, trustworthy, and kind. But at the same time, it was hard for the wolf to share things and people to others. He was growing more and more into a selfish brat in a way. What would mother think if she found out this part about her little Gekirin? No. He wouldn't let her see that side of him, ever.
<p>
Everything just seemed to fall more into place here after Gekirin's return. His family was just about ready to fully accept him and take him in with open arms. But there was still the missing sibling, the lost link in his tie with the others that made him really ponder. Koani had been missing for a while. He was probably still wondering the pack lands sulking in his own misery. What a tard. So life was tough at times. Oh fucking well, suck it up kid. A smile continued to creep on to Gekirin's face and he was getting happier by the moment. The only thing that could really set him off right now were of course, his biggest fear apart from lone wolves: Birds. For some reason, the winged demons still haunted his mind till this day and he could never understand why. As a puppy though, they used to taunt him. Taking away his play things and food seemed to be a fun game to them. It was horrible as a pup for Gekki. If only things would start to change. Maybe one day, he could over come that horrid fear. Gekirin remembered the first time that Toorima had seen him act the way he did when the huge crows and ravens had arrived. He had never felt so humiliated in his life. Here he was, an enormous back wolf that had the potential to kill, and yet he was afraid of birds. What a baby.
<p>
The day began to warm up slightly over time as Gekirin continued to stay in his brother's presence. Was he going to open up again to him? A part of him wanted to say yes, but at the moment, Gekirin wasn't all quite sure. Something still didn't seem right about this wolf. There was too much worry, too much fear. Yokushin needed to ease up a bit. Not everything in this world was horrifying. Then again, could it be that way? Gekirin decided not to put too much thought into it and so he decided to just wait for his new brother's reply in silence.

Yokushin's easy to write a lot for since he worries about EVERYTHING! XD<p>
<i>'Mother has been doing ok I guess. I'm not sure how she is fairing with those injuries. There is only one concern that I have with her, that's her eye sight. Her eyes are beginning to dull more and more with each passing day.'</i> his brother said, and Yokushin found himself somberly nodding his head. He wasn't that old and didn't know Mother in her youth, but she definitely wasn't as young as she had been, even when he was just a wee puppy. She never used to have to limp everywhere and look pitiful when he had been young. Sure, there had been the occasion where she had been slow, but never like this. <b><font color="#CCCCBB">"Yeah. She told me she was blinded by a bad wolf, her old mate. I forget his name. She also said it happened a while ago."</b></font> he said quietly, flicking an ear at the statement. He hadn't really paid that much attention when she'd told him about that, but he did remember that it was the wolf who was Akisu's other parent was at fault for her blindness. <p>
Yokushin flicked his tail, realizing that he had almost forgotten about his kill. Hopefully Freya wouldn't mind that it wasn't perfectly fresh. He didn't think she would, she was awfully skinny and really didn't have the power to hunt on her own, at least that was what he thought. Anyway, with his attention back on Gekirin, he listened. <i>'Yokushin, I know that I may have come to this place and into your life so suddenly, but is there any way that I can make up for lost time? There is so much that I want to do around here to help but I'm not sure of what I can do. Mother seems to be doing just fine with you protecting her well, but may I make a suggestion? Would you mind if I helped a little as well? You don't need to allow me, but just think about it. Also, I'm not trying to take over your job as mother's care taker, if that is what you think that I'm trying to plan here. You've done a better job then I have.'</i> Hell yeah he'd done a better job! Yokushin was the only one of the siblings who did the majority of the work. Occasionally Koani would help, but Aiyoku spent most of her time "being sexy", whatever that meant, Sorcen and Netami were dead, and here was Gekirin, just showing up. But, he was very reluctant to let Gekirin help out any. It was his job, all for him. He'd been doing it since he could, and it had just become part of him to be a caretaker and the one who took up some of Mother's duties when she counldn't.<p>
Maybe that would be a good job for Gekirin, to do patrolling that Mother really couldn't do. He didn't even like it when she went far from the den, let alone way up in the North. Yokushin tried to do that as often as he could, but he was always busy hovering over some other task that he felt needed to be done. Plus hunting. Whatever he did catch never did seem to be enough, so matter how long he slaved over these fields, running up and down after rabbits and rodents. <b><font color="#CCCCBB">"I guess you can help if you want. Most of what I do is hunt and watch the packlands and stuff, since, you know, it isn't as easy for Mother anymore and I don't want her being attacked or anything while checking the borders."</b></font> he said, rambling slightly. He could talk for days when his family was involved, there was no doubt in his mind about that. But, he was just going to let Gekirin start to help, and if he found him up to the job, he'd feel better letting him do more. The apprehension wasn't just going to up and go away in an instant.<p>
<i>'Other then mother, is something else on your mind? Or do you just want to get back to mom and Freya? I'm willing to do what ever it is you have to accomplish.'</i> Well. Yeah, the whole Dhrejon situation, but he thought it was weird to ask it out of nowhere. <b><font color="#CCCCBB">"Well..umm. Dhrejon. Mother only told me a little about him. Was he really a bad wolf?"</b></font> He didn't know much about his sire, and hoped that Gekirin would tell him a lot of things, good or bad. He figured that he was a bad wolf from what Mother had said, but knew no details. He knew that Mother did not enjoy talking about him at all.

Can't post alot again! School! See you again after Spring Break!
[dohtml]<center><div style="width: 444px; border: 4px double #AA0033; background-color: #000000; background-image: url(http://i18.tinypic.com/4c9kpad.png); background-repeat: no-repeat; background-position: top center;"><div style="margin-top: 317px; padding: 15px; font-family: Verdana; font-size:11px; line-height:12px; color: #AA5555; text-align: justify;line-height: 14px;"> Wow. That was easy, at least at the moment. Yokushin had opened up to him like a fresh wound on a deer. A small smile appeared on his face and all signs of depression left his figure. But he didn't let Yoku know that he was totally happy, that would spoil in chances of doing any more help around the pack lands. "I guess that I will aid in patrolling the borders some what. Mother doesn't need to be around those areas that much any way. I agree fully to that. There's too much danger around and something might happen. If you need anything else, just let me know." Gekirin said in reply to Yokushin's wishes. It didn't please Gekirin to cater to his brother's every whim, but at least it was a start to getting on his good side. The last thing he needed was his siblings going against him and killing him like they had done to Netami and Sorcen. Oh well, they deserved it anyway. Yokushin seemed like he was again deep in thought. Gekirin waited for him to say more. That didn't take long at all. The question of their sire opened up from his maw. That was a subject that he would be glad to fully avoid. But to his brother, this was important information so he had no choice but to share some insight on the beast no matter how much of a bastard he was.
<p>
"Our father was a murderous monster. All he did was talk of bad things about mother that I knew where not true at all. Because of his cruel ways, Sorcen and Netami ended up the way that they did. All in all, he deserved to die. Not much else needed to be said." Gekirin explained not wanting to get too much into the subject. This was one topic that he tried hard to avoid.

<i>'I guess that I will aid in patrolling the borders some what. Mother doesn't need to be around those areas that much any way. I agree fully to that. There's too much danger around and something might happen. If you need anything else, just let me know.'</i> his brother said, and he lazily nodded his head, unsure of what else to say. Only part of him was glad to let him help out, the part of him that got tired at the end of the day. <b><font color="#CCCCBB">"Okay. Thanks."</b></font> he muttered, sort of. It was kind of pitiful, but he had said it, so that is what counted. <p>
His mind was on Dhrejon by now. He had a sort of..secret fascination with the male. Dhrejon was his sire and all, and although he knew he'd never get to meet him, Yokushin still wanted to know a lot about him. Never would he accept Dhrejon's surname or anything to do with him, he just wanted to know. Mother had described him as being a big, mostly gray male with green eyes. She had then went on to say that he was a terrible wolf and nothing to idolized, that he deserved that fate she had handed to him. He could recall the angry look in his mother's eyes when she explained that to him, and that was what had led him to be fascinated.<p>
<i>'Our father was a murderous monster. All he did was talk of bad things about mother that I knew where not true at all. Because of his cruel ways, Sorcen and Netami ended up the way that they did. All in all, he deserved to die. Not much else needed to be said.'</i> Gekirin said, and Yokushin listened to this with more interest. It was basically what Mother had said, so guess that really meant he was a monster, not that he doubted Mother's word or anything, he just wanted to hear another's view, and figured that Gekirin would know enough having been forced to live like him. <b><font color="#CCCCBB">"Mother basically said the same things about him."</b></font> he said, glancing up at Gekirin. <b><font color="#CCCCBB">"Too bad for Sorcen and Netami, and at least you got away. I guess I drew the lucky straw and was able to be raised here from the start."</b></font> he said, not wanting to talk <i>too</i> much about Sorcen and Netami because, although they were bad, he still wasn't too thrilled with having to kill them.

I'm back! yays! *wiggles and dances with joy* ^_^
[dohtml]<center><div style="width: 444px; border: 4px double #AA0033; background-color: #000000; background-image: url(http://i18.tinypic.com/4c9kpad.png); background-repeat: no-repeat; background-position: top center;"><div style="margin-top: 317px; padding: 15px; font-family: Verdana; font-size:11px; line-height:12px; color: #AA5555; text-align: justify;line-height: 14px;"> It was easy to tell that his brother had a great fascination with their sire, the beast that tormented most of his life with anger and hatred towards the ones he loved most. But at the same time, he would do all that he could to make sure that the sudden fascination would dissappear. It was not a good thing to be so head over heels with. In fact, you could say that it was an act of madness. Gekirin turned the opposite direction wanting to find food for himself. He had grown much larger in the past months and his strenght needed to be tested. Of course, it would be hard to catch something almost full grown, but maybe he could get a hold of somethin a bit smaller. Licking his lips in hunger, Gekirin glanced back at Yokushin with only a little more to say towards their small conversation. "Yokushin, I am pleased beyond belief that Mother has lived this long and had made it past our deceased siblings attack. Please continue to help her in any way that you can. But remember one thing," He paused taking a deep sigh. The one thing that he was about to say was something that he really didn't want to, but at the same time, it was something that needed to get out of his head. Hey, someone had to be the truthful one around here.
<p>
"Remember that you can't be the one to care for Mother for too long. You aren't God Yokushin. Even Mother has her great limitations. You can't do everything for her." He meant all of those words that flowed from his lips and coursed through his brother's ears. Yokushin couldn't be there to protect her and help her all the time. Death's icey grip would one day come to the great alphess and he would be there to witness it. All it took was time and patience and it would come around. Life was just that simple. "Don't hate me for being truthful. It's my job." Gekirin said with a slight smirk appearing on his face and his features grew more a bit emotionless; like nothing seemed to bother him in the cold world he called his home. So what of Yokushin would come to hate him like so many others before him? Hey, that was life. If you couldn't handle a little hate, you were pretty much a pathetic baby. So it was best to just get over things and live with that facts. Not everyone was all cheery and good natured. That was the truth. Gekirin gave his slightly smaller brother a final glance and began to walk away at a slow pace in case that Yokushin had something else to say and he needed to hear it. A part of Gekirin was expected a rude ass comment to the one he had made about him protecting Mother. But oh well, that would just be fine and dandy with him. Not much left to really say about that topic.
<p>
Suddenly, Gekirin became a little frightened at who he though he just sounded like. The monstrous beast that had raised him back at the old Guardian Forests pack lands was beginning to show his face through another victim, his own son. Gekirin shook his head slightly from side to side like a baby rocking in a cradle. He couldn't let that happen. It would be too much to bare and Mother would surely dissaprove and abandon him once she was given the chance. It was time that he made his true self be realized. And so Gekirin decided from that moment on he would focus more on trying to find out who he really was inside. Was he the cold blooded killer of his deepest nightmares? Or was he the soft hearted, loving, and honest future alpha of Yamamori after Yokushin? It was all up to Gekirin from that moment.

Yokushin glanced back at his rabbit, remembering that he really should get his brown butt back to Freya and the little ones. Plus, he had lots of other things he wanted to do today too. He should go track down Mother, that was for sure, since he really wanted to talk to her about the puppies. Maybe a little chat with Aiyoku wouldn't hurt either since it had been a while since he'd seen her too. To add more, there looked to be a storm looming, so that would complicate things further. Guess Yokushin had a busy evening ahead of him.<p>
His rabbit and to-do list aside, he listened to his brother speak for the most part. <i>'Yokushin, I am pleased beyond belief that Mother has lived this long and had made it past our deceased siblings attack. Please continue to help her in any way that you can. But remember one thing,'</i> Gekirin said, and first, Yokushin nodded a little bit, but when his brother left it open at the end, his interest was peaked. <i>'Remember that you can't be the one to care for Mother for too long. You aren't God Yokushin. Even Mother has her great limitations. You can't do everything for her.'</i> Mrrt. Yokushin really didn't want to hear this, for he knew deep down that it was the truth, but he just did not like hearing about it. <p>
He knew that Mother was going to die one day, but he was going to do his very best to keep that day in the future, and when that day finally did come, he would be at her side. Man, he really, really hated to think about that. No lives were forever, so he knew that with the coming of time, hers would end, just as his would, and Aiyoku's, and Gekirin's. Everyone. No wolf was going to be around forever, and he accepted the fact somewhat, but that didn't mean that he looked forward to it or anything at all. It was kind of complicated in his mind, so he opted to just leave it alone. Mother was alive at this particular moment, so things were okay, for now.<p>
Anyway, Yokushin listened to his last little bit of a statement, decided to just nod somberly and simply said <b><font color="#CCCCBB">"I know all that, I just want to be as much help as I can."</b></font> He left it alone from there. There were lots of other things he could've said, but he wasn't really in the mood for a big debate on why he should or shouldn't do the things he does. For a moment or two, he let silence reign, and he watched his brother idly, noting the peculiar shake of his head. Wonder what that was about? He didn't really dwell on it too long and decided to pull this towards an end. <b><font color="#CCCCBB">"I should get back to Freya and the pups."</b></font> he said quietly, reaching toward his rabbit. <b><font color="#CCCCBB">"Hopefully I'll be seeing you around."</b></font><p>
With that, he picked up his rabbit, offered a nod of his head to his brother and trotted towards the denning area. He wasn't quite sure what he thought of Gekirin just yet, and decided he'd think on it later on.

But he still kept that attitude that made him want to be there for her any way that he possibly could. That part at least made him smile deep inside. It was good to know that mother was being watched over with loving eyes. Gekirin gave him a small smile and then turned to leave keeping his own thoughts to himself rather then to spill them out even further into the world. There wasn't anything else that Yokushin needed to know about him for the time being at least. Maybe in given time, he would share more of his past with him and the other siblings. Gekirin then thought of Koani and where he might have been running off to. "I have a pretty good feeling that you will be seeing me again. Take care now Yokushin. See you soon. I'll look for Mother while you head back to Freya. See you later." And with those last parting words, the black yearling headed out even further into the hunting grounds wanting nothing more right now then to have a decent meal. The varmint that he had eaten a day ago was just not enough. Hunger was over taking him.
