Definitions
Semi-Warning:
A PM sent to the member explaining what they are doing wrong and telling them to stop it.

Warning:
An increase on the warning bar on the member's profile. 5 warnings are generally equal to a week-long suspension.

Suspension:
The member being barred from World Dominator for a certain period of time (normally a week or a month).

Perma-Ban:
The member being permanently banned from World Dominator 1990, or being suspended for an indefinite period of time.

1. Spam
1.1 Meaningless Messages
Meaningless messages are defined as any message in which a clear meaning cannot be found, or a message that has no connection with its previous posts in a certain topic (off-topic). Meaningless messages are frowned upon. The first time one is posted, a semi-warning will be issued to the member concerned. After continuous posting of these, the member may be issued a warning.
1.2 Advertisement
Advertisements on any board WILL NOT be tolerated, unless prior permission is given by the administrator (Globe) via a private message, and the topic itself will be posted by the administrator and not the member him/herself (the member may tell the administrator what to post, but it is up to the administrator's discretion). Any other form of advertisement will result in the topic being deleted and a warning issued to the member. Further such advertisement will result in immediate suspension.
1.3 Flooding
Flooding, connected with meaningless messages is the posting of many similar posts or topics in a short space of time, and will result in an instant warn. The administrator may also decide to perma-ban the member should he or she persist to flood.

2. Substance
2.1 "Flaming"
Insulting another member, whether directly or indirectly is frowned upon, but may be excused depending on the impact of the insult. Note that a member replying to a "flame" with a "flame" (insult) is just as much suspectable to a warn as the original member. A flame will be issued a semi-warning, but any further flames will result in systematic warnings leading up to a suspension. Flaming also encompasses insulting Private Messages, which must be reported to Globe.
2.2 Swearing
Swearing is not tolerated. Any doing so will have serious consequences not just for the member concerned, but the entire board.
2.3 Insulting
Members should refrain from insulting other religions, races or other suspects that could make other members feel sad or offended.
