Appearance: Well Katana is pretty well built for his age. His body is very well balanced in terms of muscle, especially since he practices in both the art of Break dancing and Sword fighting. His curly short black hair is typical for a mix between African American and Japanese. His eyes are a pure black and seem to be able to stare straight into a person’s soul. He wears baggy clothes and a beanie almost all the time and black wristbands his father bought him straight from Japan. Except for the red wristbands he's always seen wearing Katana wears mostly black.

Special Traits: Katana has the Japanese Symbol for Light on the back of his right hand, which for some reason his father gave him at birth.
Weapons: Katana, which he normally carries, it wrapped in a special cloth given to him by his father, though at school he normally brings a wooden sword.

Techniques:

-The Lotus
Katana maximizes his speed by pouring most his chi into his legs. Then he circles his opponent, to confuse the enemy and gather speed. Then he unleashes a barrage of punches and kicks on the enemy.

-Dragon's Fang
Using Chi and his family's sacred Katana, Katana unleashes 5 simultaneous strikes. One at each of the legs, one at each of the arms, and one straight down the middle of the enemy.

Strong points:

-Physical: Katana has excellent lower body strength and speed, used for break dancing and sword fighting.

-Mental: Katana has had some training with chi, giving him an extra edge in battle.

-Physical: Katana also has excellent upper body strength used for sword fighting and holding him up during a lot of his break dancing moves.

Weakness:

-Physical: His fighting style depends on quick finishers and is not good in prolonged battles, he sometimes overexerts himself and is left tired and out of breathes during his techniques.

-Physical: Hates to fight girls...Though if forced he will fight to the best of his abilities.

-Mental: Since he is so young his chi isn't that developed and can't use too many of his techniques in the same battle.

History: Katana is exactly the opposite of well informed on his past, and hardly knows a thing. He was born somewhere in Japan, according to his father, but was raised in Sacramento, California of the good old U.S.A. He spent most of his younger years practicing break dancing with his friends, since it that or play a sport, and Katana felt those involved a little too much physical contact with other guys. Though when he was about 12 he was introduced fighting and with the help of some friends learned to incorporate his break dancing into his fighting. From then on he loved fighting, though his father tried to steer him clear of it, he new that it was something he couldn't avoid. After spending about a two years going from school to school his father decided it was time for him to learn a little discipline and everyday after school they went out into an open field and practiced fighting with real swords, though at first Katana felt this a little dangerous, he soon found out that his father was more than skilled at using the sword. Then soon after practicing for about a year, his father taught began teaching him a technique he said he learned while over in Japan. While at the same time he was being taught, by a friend’s father that seemed to be interested in Katana’s growth, a break dancing move that seemed to be more of a fighting technique than a break dancing move. Once Katana had the sword technique almost fully mastered when his father sat him down and began to talk to him about his mother, which was strange because he'd never once before that even mentioned her he'd always change the topic when it came up in casual conversation. Katana learned that he was actually a twin and that he was to go to Japan and seek out his mother and twin brother while out there. The only clue he was given was Todou Gauken. The next day Katana found his father had disappeared and left him a plane ticket and money, and a normal sized Katana wrapped in a cloth with his family name on it, along with a note saying that he was to attend Todou Gauken.
Katana was accepted into Todou Gauken rather quickly for his 2nd year of high school and it seemed that all would be going well...If he could only get a clue to why he was accepted so easily into Todou Gauken and why there was no sign of him having a twin or anything at the hospital his father said he was born at. One day while lying on the floor of his small apartment a bird came flying through the window of his apartment with a small letter attached to it's leg. The letter told him to cease his search of his twin brother and mother...

Sample Post: One day while walking to school through the back alleys, Katana had come accustomed to walking through he was approached by a couple seniors and told to drop his bag and leave. The words "hell" and "no" raced through his head. Then puting his bag down he circled one of the boys and quickly kicked him in the back of neck, then swiftly taking out the rest of his opponents he stood in the middle of the bloody bodies lying motionless in the dark alley. Katana stared blankly into the sky until the all to familiar ring of a cell phone brought him back to Earth. "Shit". Smiling, he walked away slowly, looking back only once to admire his work.
