If he could plot his own future, his next role would be sultry and stately, like Paul Newman in Cat on a Hot Tin Roof. Dane was seven years old, growing up in San Francisco, when his architect father died an untimely death, the son says. Pressed for answers, Dane turns foggy about the details. “I think it was a gunshot wound, and he bled to death. There’s a tiny bit of mystery surrounding it,” he says with peculiar understatement. Whatever the circumstances, young Eric suddenly found himself the man of the house, with a three-year-old brother and a grieving mom to care for. “You have to grow up real fast,” he said — and in his case, with a taste for danger. He has put himself in harm’s way routinely: swimming with sharks in South Africa; scuba diving 100 feet down in the waters off Malta; ice fishing with his grandfather in Alaska, where he came way too close to a mama bear and her cub. Closer to home, he revs around on a KTM motorcycle—his “urban assault, Mad Max, Super Duke bike.” On his Saturday drive, Dane was shaking off jet lag from the month-long European jaunt he’d taken with his wife of three years, the actress and object of universal longing Rebecca Gayheart. Eric Dane first met Rebecca Gayheart at a party. His memory of the Noxzema model and 90210 fixture hadn’t faded by any means when they ran into each other on a street corner some time later, and he asked her to dinner. “Then we had another dinner. Then it seems like after the third dinner, I married her,” he said, although really it took nine months. Apart from her compassion, beauty, talent and so forth, Dane’s favorite thing about his wife is her minty freshness: “At four in the morning, you could wake up and lay a kiss on her. I don’t know if she made a deal with the devil when she was a kid or something.” Back at his hideaway in the Hills, Eric Dane excused himself to tiptoe into the bedroom for a quick kiss from his napping wife. Then dreamily, he came downstairs, paused before an open refrigerator, and finished an earlier thought about his craft — but really about his life. “What I love about acting,” he said, “is experiencing the absolute moments of — you know — of getting lost in the world you’ve created for yourself.” |

Con seis inyecciones de expresso y ocho onzas de red bull bombeando por su sangre, Eric se desliza con su GMC Yukon, se ajusta su cartier y pisa el acelerador sobre las colinas de Hollywood. Era una perfecta tarde del Sábado cuando Eric hizo fuego? sobre los 8 cilindros , el reflejo de sus gafas de sol mostraban LA, según Men´s Vogue.
Nos habla de su exito en GA, como cirujano plástico y amante de la mujer de su mejor amigo, y como hizo su presentación en la pantalla desnudo, con una toalla tapando lo justo.
De joven se dedicaba a jugar al waterpolo, y participó en series como "[I]Salvados por la campana" o "aquellos maravillos años" ( :o :o :o mi opinión xDDD...quien era x dios en salvado x la campanaa?????????)
No estoy segura, pero cuenta que cuando el tenía 7 años, su padre murió de un tiro y que supone que se desangró a causa de ello, pero que no está muy claro el tema, pero por lo que tuvo que madurar en seguida, ya que se hizo cargo de su hermano, tres años más pequeño, y de su madre. Vamos que el se convirtió en el hombre de la casa.
A él siempre le ha gustado la aventura, así, el nadó con tiburones en África, se sumergió 100 pies bajo el agua en Malta con una escafandra puesta, pescaba en Alaska con su abuelo...
Ultimamente llegó en su jet de un viaje por Europa con su mujer desde hace tres años Rebecca Gayheart. Dice que coqueteó con ella en un partido. Dice que después la invitó a cenar y le pidió que se casase con ella, pero tardo todo ello 9 meses por lo visto. (que romantico :rolleyes: )
Comenta que aparte de lo guapa, comprensiva...que su esposa, lo que mas le gusta de ella es su espontaneidad.

muchas gracias, la verdad es q no lo ha tenido muy facil, y bueno es verdad en salvados por la campana a saber kien era, a lo mejor salio solo en unos pocos capis

Hey, gracias por la noticia.. Estube viendo un poco y creo que en Salvado por la Campana solo actuo en un episodio y ni siquiera fue mencionado en los créditos... asi que me imagino que ni siquiera estaba en la historia... quizas solo pasaba por ahi! :P
