Alright, I've decided to do a little something with the excess free time on my hands, so listen up. I've decided to host a Villain ultra battle, were your favorite villain's duke it out with other people's favorite villains.
Now before you submit Sephiroth's name because he's "Bishi Kawaii ^_^", Please read these fucking words.

1. You can submit up to three villain's to participate in this ultra battle. No more then that.

2. Sephiroth VS Kharn the betrayer.
Sephiroth gets seven hundred votes stating "HE SHOULD WIN BECAUSE HE'S KAWAII AND IS MUCH BETTER LOOKING THEN THAT KHARN FREAK ^_^".
Kharn gets three votes stating that "He should win because his accuracy with his Axe is extremely precise. His strength that is backing up his axe sounds like it could put holes through walls. His armour sounds like its quite durable too. I must also note that he is quite fast for being so constricted in that armour.".
The results of the battle:
Kharn swings his axe, cutting a large deep wound into Sephiroth's stomach that brought him down to his knee's. Kharn laughed manically before he kicked Sephiroth in the face, caving his head in with his enormous boot.
The people that voted for Sephiroth go "ZOMFG, YOU KILL SEPHY! YOU A MEANIE! I DON'T LIKE YOU! BAKA!".
I did that because this is not a fashion show. This is a battle. Good looks do nothing at stopping an axe from cleaving your head in half. A battle is determined by Technique, skill, raw power, speed, armour and any special abilities that the character should have. Votes should have comments based on the characters attributes and capabilities, not his looks. Votes on looks will not be counted thwords the final count.

3. Do not vote for the character that you favor the most. Vote for the character who you think would be able to butcher the other character and turn him/her into a bloody mess. I have the right to exclude votes that I think are based on favor rather then capabilities.

4. I have the power to determine if a character is just far too "Godly" to compete with other characters. I don't think Dr. Wily would last very long against a villain like Galactus.

Now when I state capabilities, I mean what the character is capable of. I want an accurate description of what he is capable of, not just some "HE'S GOT A LONG ASS SWORD AND IS A ONE WINGED ANGEL ^_^" because thats not accurate enough and doesn't tell me his fighting style or his power's. Also, if you cannot find a picture of the character, just give me an accurate description of what he looks like.

I'll submit my characters once I see some entries.

Special note and apology: Yes, I used Sephiroth as a punching bag..... but I couldn't resist. I just hate him in general because of how many fantards swoon over him. I apologize if I insulted you with my statements in this.

Weappon's: Fire breath, stomping, hammers, clown copter (All I can remember)

Capabilities: Since 1985 he has kidnapped the Princess Toadstool, and he's STILL doing it. Even if Mario saves Peach, Bowser still kidnaps her someway. And in "Super Mario Galaxy", he even got the whole castle.

Abilities, Weapons etc.: An insanely strong A-T field, the ability to control EVAs remotely, especially EVA Nigouki. He's also got Ikari Shinji and a boatload of Fangirls to use as meatshields.

Name: Ryouko Asakura (or Asakura Ryouko if you're into Japanese-style name order) from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya

Weapon's: She can manipulate the matter around her into anything she wants. For example, one time she turned a bunch of classroom desks into spears, which she then sent shooting through the body of her opponent.
Armour: Similarly, she could conceivably manipulate the things around her into armor, and she has made forcefields/shields. Also, her innocent and friendly schoolgirl appearance can give enemies a false sense of security.
Capabilities: She is not a human, but an artificial humanoid interface- meaning it takes a lot of damage to destroy her. She can manipulate the data of the universe to her will. This gives her powers such as completely changing the environment around her, moving and bending things from afar, and trapping or even freezing her opponents in place. It also gives her the ability to be incredibly fast and have perfect reflexes.

She's virtually unstoppable, but let's say her weakness is that she tends to draw out the time before she attacks for doing things such as giving speeches, giving a potential attacker time to plan an attack.
