This story is confusing me... @.@

I considered having her as Shinku's medium, but then She'll know instantly what the answers are to all her questions [what happened in alice game, was alice created etc]. I thought that she'd probably get on better with Sui and Sou, then Hina and Kana, and Kira would be errmmm :unsure: .

It should confuse you, as there are many things I have not told you yet. I like to write things out 'backwards' where something has happened, but you don't know what it is, then we gradually find out what happened in the past, along-side present conflict.

Hopefully as the story goes on things should be clearer for you.

Her powers are quite strong temporarily but when something else happens it weakens.

Is that the difference between the Rozen Maidens and the living dolls in their present?

Alice Pyon: Well, that is one of the differences, but there are many others and cause i'm feeling un-lazy right now, I've compiled a list in the next post.

Ok, here is a list for everyone [As a little bonus]!
Differences and Similarities between Rozen Maidens and Living Dolls
[Based on my fic. If you haven't read it you won't understand this.]

Differences
* Living dolls have a Rosa Mystica with a white crystal in the centre, and it only lasts for three years. After three years it 'expires' and the doll needs a new one [which can be purchased at a shop :grin: ]. But if they're given a new one, they lose all their memories of what happened wtih the previous mystica and have to start over again.

Rozen Maidens have a Rosa Mystica with a reddy/pinkky crystal in the middle and it lasts for...ummm...forever. It never expires. The memories of the doll are stored in the Mystica, so if they lose it and then get it back they still have all their previous memories.

*No living doll can fly, even if they have wing decorations. How many countless times have we seen the Maidens fly in battle?

* How a living doll gets a medium, is that they get a silver ring in the box that they got the doll in, and they just put it on. If they own more than one, the rings merge. The rings can be taken off.
For a Rozen Maiden to get a medium, the person has to kiss the ring on her hand [it escapes me which hand it was on]. The medium's ring appears on the new medium's hand and can't come off no matter what.

* For a living doll, a mediium contract can be broken just by the medium taking the ring off. For the Rozen Maiden she gets to decide that the contract is over, and then she has to kiss the medium's ring for the contract to be over.

* Living dolls always have an attack weakness [eg. water, fire, smoke]. Depending on the slyness of the doll, the weakness may or may not be easier find. Rozen Maidens have no attack weakness, although they may have weaknesses that have nothing to do with powers [eg. Suigintou's was Megu, Suiseseki's was her twin].

* Living dolls fight in an Alice game tournament, where the opponent has to be 'dead' before they can win it [although the opponent may not actually be dead, they just have to proclaim that one would have killed the other if it had been a battle to the death]. The winner goes to the next round and so on, until they win the whole thing.The Alice game tournament is held in a stadium.

The Rozen Maiden's Alice game is usually to the death and is held in an N-field. The winner gets the loser's Rosa Mystica and has to fight all the other 6 Maidens to become Alice [win].

Similarities

* Both Rozen Maiden's and Living Dolls are balljoint dolls.

* Both have Rosa Mystica's and can get a medium.

* Both have cases and can choose to sleep in them [although case varities may vary depending on the manufacturer of the doll].

*Both fight using powers bestowed on them by a higher force [Rozen Maiden's was their father, the living dolls was their manufacturer], and they don't get a choice in what their powers are.

Chapter 10 indirectly tells you what Kira did. I know why they're still alive, but you don't. Yet. I know where the other dolls are, but you don't. Yet. I know what happened to Jun, but you don't. Yet.
