I saw the suggestion underneath so i decided to generate a shoutbox...here is the code...
| CODE |
<!-- BEGIN CBOX - http://www.cbox.ws --> <table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" summary="cbox tagboard" align="center"> <tr><td align="center"> <iframe frameborder="0" width="600" height="125" src="http://www2.cbox.ws/box/?boxid=1406699&boxtag=6496&sec=main" marginheight="2" marginwidth="2" scrolling="auto" allowtransparency="yes" name="cboxmain" style="border: #FF0000 1px solid;" id="cboxmain"></iframe> </td></tr><tr><td align="center"> <iframe frameborder="0" width="600" height="75" src="http://www2.cbox.ws/box/?boxid=1406699&boxtag=6496&sec=form" marginheight="2" marginwidth="2" scrolling="no" allowtransparency="yes" name="cboxform" style="border: #FF0000 1px solid; border-top: 0px;" id="cboxform"></iframe> </td></tr> </table> <!-- END CBOX -->
|
Hopefully you will use it...change it if you want...i suggest that you put it in the header and body under the <% BOARD HEADER %> tag or under the <% STATS %> tag. i think you shouldnt put it in the footers...

While I appreciate your taking the time to generate a shoutbox for us, I don't normally use them. I don't like shoutboxes that are open for guests to post in, because they can easily be spammed, and because of the possibility of impersonations. There is a shoutbox that connects to the board and can only be posted in by members using their forum user name, but it requires a newer version of Invision Power Board than Invision Free uses. However, should this forum become successful enough, we will upgrade to Invision Power Board with a custom domain, and then that shoubox can be implemented.
