In your post, give me a general idea of the kind of stuff you'd like to see. Do you want this to be a super serious tournament with super serious rules? Would you like items completely banned from the tournament? Only certain items? Certain stages you want banned? What kind of rules; time game or stock game? And for how long or for how many lives? Should it be single game or should it be best 2 out of 3 or what to advance? Or do you want different rules and games for each advancing level of the tournament all together? If so, then what's an example of a strange or fun gametype you'd like to see?

Give me all your ideas and suggestions, and also DISCUSS AMONGST EACH OTHER what you'd like and what you wouldn't like, so that we can make this something everyone can enjoy.

I usually just play casually, not in tournaments... but if there's going to be any single limitation enforced, let it be No Items.


More importantly, does RMF actually have enough Brawlers for a tournament? Isn't there only... like... three or four?

Well, there's four that I know of. Me, you, Lauren (Kikyo_Cat), and the other person who was discussing it before. It only takes 4 technically, but that's not really worth doing. We REALLY need at least 8, but preferably 16.

Sooooooooooooo, that's where we come in! There's a good 4 or 5 of us here already. If there aren't enough RMF people here, then how about you invite some of your online friends to this forum for the challenge? That would let us participate in this fun event, as well as boost activity for RMF. A double header!

Or if anyone has any other ideas for people, but yeah, we do want a good number of players. I'll add your info when we get a few more registrants, by the way.

So far the general consensus is no items. I'll wait for more people to join before I actually declare "no items" as a rule, but as it is, if there are any items, they will be set to Very Low appearance (again, that's if we even use them, which it's not looking like we will).

Also, I love Final Destination too, but Chikane expresses that only FD is boring. So we should work that out. What stages do you guys not mind having?

I mostly like Final Destination, Battlefield, Yoshi's Island, and a few others.
