Shinku adores tea. In the manga (up to vol. 4) she specifically requests Orange Pekoe, Darjeeling, and Assam, believes the water for black tea must be heated to 95°C (for green tea 80°C), and favorably cites the supposed English habit of having ten cups throughout the day.
Me, I usually have 1-4 cups a day, mostly just whatever's around the house. But my favorite is Earl Grey tea. While some have criticized what they perceive as its soapy taste, I believe the bergamot oil really enhances it. The best brands I've ever come across are Twinings and <a href="http://www.dilmahtea.com/">Dilmah</a>, a smaller company dealing in pure, single source Ceylon tea.
For that stock of "tea for everyone" I am told we have, I recommend some of the same Earl Grey.
