Title: Is there a new series coming out?
Soulmagika - April 24, 2009 02:23 PM (GMT)
I love the Anime. but 26 episodes.. 2 series, and 2 prequels. The story is so unfinished.
Does anyone know if they're going to continue it at any point? And why it stopped..? I watched the whole series a day ago, and it's unlike any Anime i've seen before which is why I'm sad it's ended unfinished.
Also, about the english Dub, did they dub all the episodes? I've watched series 1 in full english but only episode 1 series 2 in english, the rest in Japanese.

I don't know about the dubs- haven't kept up on them, but-
Currently there have been no confirmed plans to continue the anime series, although I think everyone on every end (as in, the producing companies, Peach Pit, and all of the fans) knows that it would do well.
As I understand it, they had to bring the anime and original manga to a quick end because of an undisclosed disagreement with the editorial company- and that's basically the vaguest thing ever.
All we can do is wait. =(

Hasn't it been like 4 years already? :(

We're going on three. If I remember right, they've always been released late in the year, for consecutive years 2004, 2005, 2006.
It's also a great possibility that I'm not remembering right, but yeah, it's been a while. However, the manga only relatively recently started up again.

It started a third series? Can you please elaborate?

Well, the manga took a different story line than the anime- same general plot, but for instance, Barasuishou doesn't exist in the manga, and Kirakishou, who was only in the anime for about two seconds, was introduced a while ago.
So the manga started up again, but it's not like the anime, and it's not like a third series. They're being posted in this forum though, under the topics Tale 1, Tale 2, etc. We're at 12 right now.

They are official  .

Aye. They've been appearing as a monthly installment in Weekly Young Jump magazine, ever since the precursor, "How to make a girl," which is a chapter of how Shinku was created, and a publication in the actual story of the manga.
So if you want more, start readin'! =D

Wait, is this actually like a third series? And i've only seen the anime, does it sort of go from Traumend? i know the manga is different but.. bleh.. so confusing.
How much in those tales have been told? Like where is it up to.
Also, i can't find the first few tales.. can anyone direct me to them?
Thanks.

There's no Traumend in Manga.
Euphorian - April 28, 2009 11:43 PM (GMT)
Right, and while there are many obvious parts that made it directly into the anime, they're all mixed up. There's no Traumend, and no Bara, but Kanaria was introduced after Souseiseki had got pwned, and before Kirakishou took Hina's body.
Gah. Really, the best way is just to read it yourself.
As for the earlier chapters:
http://www.rozenmaiden.it/sito/raw.phpSee if those are in English. I got there from the link in Lushia's sig.
