ive always wanted 2 kno if some1 were to be alice do the outher dolls go back to being alive or whatever or do they keep playing cuz i think that only one doll becomes alice and then they are all going back from sleep so yea.... idk so is it they keep going or do only one gose to being alice ;D

Well seeing as to become Alice, you need 7 rosa mysticae, and when you take a dolls rosae mystica, it effectively 'dies'/goes to sleep/far away/whatever your interpretation is, then yes, once there is alice, there is one doll.
Unless this other way to become Alice involves no taking of Rosa Mysticae, but I don't know anything about that.

Yeah, in both the anime and manga, they basically have to kill each other and the one left [the victorius one] becomes Alice. So, they can't keep playing to see who else can become Alice...because they're all dead ^^;
