Since the manga is a different story, with a bit different characters, I wanted to vote separately. Since manga is so awesome, it deserves three character choices.


1. Megu. Everything she says is pure awesomeness.

"Death is so luscious and seductive. A sweet fruit that can only be tasted once. Tempted by that...
...how could anyone choose anything else?" :wub: .

And she marries Angel-sama :happy: .

2. Suigintou. Forced to wear the darkness, marked by the reversed cross, the most heinous doll of the Rozen Maiden :wub: . She's even more evil/broken than in the anime :happy: . The scene where she steals Souseiseki's Rosa Mystica is pure awesomeness, not to mention that she grows an ultra-awesome second pair of wings that are shown only in one cadre never to appear again :happy: .

3. Psycho-Souseiseki. She breaks her twin sister's heart, repeatedly threatens her with death and tries to kill her. Then she kills herself. Awesome :wub: .

Laplace is the shit. I mean, he plays everyone and doesn't even care. Plus no one ever questions his existence, and how he is affiliated with Rozen, and mysterious characters are awesome

Kanaria is as perfect and beautiful as ever, but manga Hina is totally boss too. She's far smarter than any of the others (well, as far as that can be judged), but she still just wants to play. And that is awesome.

Souseiseki, hands down. Her evil side is too good for words.

1 Suigin Tou: No matter which version, this doll always rules. I especially love that quote Delight posted and the "I did it ! I did it ! I took Sousei Seki's Rosa Mystica" part, and the scene where she meets Jun in her dream made me cry.

2 Kanaria: I think she's pretty similar to her anime self, but yet shows a more mature side. And she's extremely cute, as always.

3 Sousei Seki: "You are the one I hate the most but you are the one i love the most". Nothing else is to be said.

IMO Sousei Seki is the scariest character in the whole manga. The fact that she has semi-human feelings and still is able to do things like that to her twin sister makes her scarier than Kira :erm: .

Apparently, manga Boku puts her master first, then her twin. Or not. All Sou wanted was to gain her own personality, and not always live under Sui's shadow. I like the fact that the human twins (Sou's medium and his dead brother) are so similar to the doll twins.
