I watched the 10th episode and now I think that Shinku is just teasing Jun. She seems to admire him because of his manual skills and ability to fix dolls, but I don't really think she loves him in romantic sense.
On the other hand, Jun seems to love her in that way.
Also, his reaction to dolls in lingerie and to Shinku makes me wonder if he's a lolicon.

No lolicon! Shinku is hundreds of years old! Haha.

XD I don't think Shinku is the type to tease... Not much, anyway. She always glosses over how she actually feels.

Well,one thing's for sure, she cares greatly for Jun. Besides, she kissed him when he didn't! How do you explain that? She definitely sees him as more than a medium, she said to him, "Watashi wa Shinku, Rozen Maiden no hokori takai no dai go dooru, soshite... anata no shiawase no ningyou..."[if i'm not mistaken... I hv to re-watch the whole thing again...]
