Ever found yourself racking your brain for ideas on what to pixel? Well wait no more for an answer.

This is a guide to creating an original character. It shall speak your life in a most profound way. So, on to the point.

This process may take several days. But give it a go.

Step 1. It all starts in a bed. Go to sleep and try very hard to remember anything interesting in detail.

Step 2. Basic sketch them on to paper as soon as you wake up. No skill needed. Just get it down. Or if you dont feel confident in your ability, write a detailed list.

Step 3. Start to pixel it. It helps to do this and get features down to influence a similiar dream. You look at it or the list or whatever before going to bed again.

Step 4. Repeat the notetaking process. Keep at this until your work looks to your liking.

The human subconcious is a powerful thing. It allows you to see things noone else can. Only you can use your mind. So get out there and try it.

I used this process for my School project in the Work forum. Not really finished but you get the idea.

gosh if only you could sleep to work on REAL life jobs. :P

yeah this does work pretty well but i find that i fall asleep before i can really remember something. so i end up losing my ideas if i dont draw them right away :)
