If you are talking about mini tophats with fascinator and veil attachments to it then it is a good place, but I warn you some of the sellers are not stylists too :P

I am a seller, and I have made alot of mini Tophats and Veils

and believe me there are too many ripp off's in that feild of fashion
Just take A GOOD look at the images,

No3 You could try to support a local shop and research a place physically close to you that sells bridal items, they usually also carry millineryesque things
