Okay, I have mentioned Colossalcon a few times. It's a small con in Cleveland Ohio, and usually doesn't get too crowded. However...

...this year, we had about 5,000 people, beating Ohayocon by 200! Ohaycon is supposedly one of the biggest cons in the area (Including surrounding states). This is possibly because we had four days for the convention instead of just three. Now, next year, we are doing something that no convention has done before (at least I've never heard of). We moved Colossalcon the the Kalahari Resort Hotel.

K, weirdo, what's the big deal?

The Kalahari is a BIG freaking hotel with an indoor water-park in the same city as Cedar Point Amusement Park, which has the Top Thrill Dragster (the worlds fastest roller coaster until recently...) When you buy your badge, you automatically granted access to the water-park for 4 days, PLUS the con itself. We were also discussing doing Cedar Point on wednesday. We may become as big as Acen, maybe better. This is an epic turning point in convention history!
