Title: What sizes should I look for?
Description: It's been awhile...

Hi, everyone, it's been awhile since I've been here, but I've got a question:

I wear an extra small in most blouses and a size 0 in most American clothing and I wanted to know what sizes should I look for when it comes to sizes in Japanese stores?

I've been thinking about getting this dress I just want to know what sizes I should look out for?

Thanks

The most accurate way to know if it would fit is to take your measurements.

I asked is because, I'm confuse about how these stores state their measurements. I've read that the companies only produce dresses in a few sizes and only display the maximum measurement of what the dress will fit up to.

I've also read that you have to be under the maximum amount of that certain dress size. I just needed clarification how these stores display their measurements.

Correct me if I didn't get your question right but from what I know, for most loli brands, clothes only come in one size (there are a few exceptions like Moitié size 3). So usually when you order from a website they give you the measurements (even if they give a size number... it doesn't mean much... cause it has nothing to do with sizes you can find in regular stores... at least from from my own experience and I own a few items... Moitié, Baby, AP and Meta)

So the best advice I can give you is to take your measurements and compare to what they give in the item description. And keep in mind... better too big than too small (unless it's made form a fabric that can stretch... but from what you said in your previous posts that's not really an issue)

Baby state that their clothes are generally a Japanese size 9, though, some stuff they list on there are a lot bigger than that size...

Okay, even though the waist size of the dress that I'm looking at says 72cm, since I am under 72cm(I'm about 64cm), that dress would still be able to fit me?

And what is a Japanese size 9 in American measurements?
