Title: Wear to Work!

So, I work in a pretty professional atmosphere, where wearing anything blatantly Lolita would be a big no-no. Does anyone know any brands that maybe just hint slightly at Lolita style while still being appropriate for work?? I am figuring some of you have favorite brand names for such occasions so let me know! Think of it as covert Lolita..sneaky :)
<33 Thanks!

Hmmm... I work for a in an office for a security company and we're supposed to dress in "office clothes". But now I got to work every day dress in full loli outfit. I started gradually... just adding a few frills to my usual "work clothes" then added a few proper loli items (Moitie)... then started wearing them with a petticoat... and even though it's not in the dress code... they all got used to it and now they're all eager to see my new outfits...
Sid (my fiancé for those who don't know him) said I should write a "corporate loli" guide XD

I do sorta the same thing as Ludivine, but at my work (expensive arts store) the dres code is very strict. Try to work in blouses with a little flair but avoid pronounced accesories (bows, socks, headress)
As soon as people get used to what you are wearing, then you can start to stretch it more! Just stay within the confines of your dress code!
Believe it or not, blouses with ruffles are quite "fashionable" this season. Many EGA blouses and skirts look very proffesional.

True.
Though I even wear a headdress to work and it's not a problem at all (started with a small bow... then a bigger one... and now a real headdress).
About the socks... well those are not really a problem. My boss even asked me where I got them (I was wearing Moitie knee socks) cause he was looking for a pair he could wear when he plays golf... XD... awwwww thought it was kinda cute....

LOL!!!! moitie socks for golf!!! that's weird!!!
i'll get a job in three weeks, i'll work in the criminology area of the capital city, (i hope so...) i wonder if i could go someday wearing a Gothic Lolita outfit... i was thinking about wearing EGA, but i need first to see how much stricts are in dress code, i think they will be very much strict since it's a job in the government.

Mine is a government job as well, so yeah, not much leeway. A lot of the Moitie blouses I'm sure would be OK I guess. I love how you guys slowly got your coworkers "desensitized" LOL. Nice work!
