at least i've learned play guitar and a little of bass (my sis plays bass) and i've been looking for guitar and bass tabs of MM and MdM on the web... but they're really hard to find, and the tabs i've found are not the right ones... sadly most are very much bad... and i'm an amateur to try to do them by myself... anyway, if anyone knows where can i find good tabs i would appreaciate it really... the ones i want the most are anything of the memoire cd, zenchou and shiroi hada... and anything about MdM...

I never search for tabs on the net, i always do them by myself... One time i tried to find some MDM tabs on the internet and they really weren't correct, so i don't try anymore. Even Unmoved tabs that many fans use are not correct and it is weird when all people do the same mistakes when they play this song X.x For how long do you play the guitar? I have found that it is better to trust yourself and play songs by the ear, than use tabs that are on the internet xD.

i have never tried to play Shiroi or other song u have listed. I think i have to try!

well, i got my acustic guitar when i was 15 and a guy i used to know was teaching me...but sadly... after the 2nd "class" he said he wanted more than just a friendship...i wasn't interested and he stop talking to me... <_<

since then, i tried to play it by myself... until when i was 17 another guy came into my life and said he would teach me...bue one week later he were banned of our school and i've never seen him since then...

again i tried to play it by ear since then until a little time ago, but all i coul get was a few intros an a few easy solos... so i get desperate... i didn't wanted to study it formaly cause it was only a hobbie to me...

but i can say that oficially i have three weaks since i really can play it... i mean i can play entire songs an also compose... i always thought that all i need was technical features...

anyway, i don't think i'm prepared to make the tabs by ear by myself (even if i know i have a good ear)... you know, i want to do it RIGHT, i think i'm may sound like a pretencious person but i really love music too much and i would hate to ruin it, so if i'm critizicing the tabs from others i think i can't pretend to do them by myself... i may be sunding like some kind of...mmm... obssesed person but, you know, i just want to do the things in the right way, that's all... :unsure:

i think we have a lot of in common. I also want to make everything perfectly well, but you know... sometimes it is imposible. But the difference between us is that i learned by myself how to play the guitar. I never asked someone if he/she could help me. I watched how other people play and tried to do everything by myself. My mum helped me a littlle (she showed me basic chords) and that is all.
I also have a good ear, so i make tabs by myself (i remember all the songs so i never write down the tabs because they all are in my head xD). I don't play entire songs, i play only the parts that i like (it is because i don't have a band and i can do whatever i want xD). Do you do any improvisations when you play the guitar. In june i met one guy, he can do perfect improvisations xD. It was probably the first and the last our meet but i saw how he playued the guitar and now i try to do the same thing xD

well, first i don't have an electric guitar T_T sadly, i have my beautiful Arucard (the name of my acustic guitar) and i do improvisations...mmm...bad improvisations with it, it's really hard to play an acustic guitar and get strong and distorted sounds, not like an electric which you barely touch a chord and it makes a strong sound, with the acustic you must suffer very much, at first my fingers were in pain, but now i already have cays on my tips :lol: and i love the noise music, so i'm heavily influenced by that whenever i compose, and trying to get a good sound with an acustic it's really hard to me as an amateur... and i just compose entirely my first song like 5 days ago, of curse it needs a few arrangements, and it has no solo cause it's kinda hardcore and i'm still wondering if i would like it if i add a solo or not, obviously it's all for guitar, and next i'll work on bass, but it'll be easier... and that's all i can do by now...

and i don't have a band neither, but my sis and her ex-boyfriend (our "teacher") wants to get a band... i don't know, maybe i'll give them my song, but they both already have lots of their own and i'm shy to show my work to someone else but my sister. :unsure: .. so i'm actually composing songs only to feed my own selfish hungry of create something exactly the way i like it...

and it's cool you learned by yrself, i tried to do it but i get dissappointed cause i just felt i needed the basic thecnicals, so this guy just teached me a few of basic chords and the rest is practice... to tell the truth my song is a 90% of fifths hehehehe but i still like it too really much cause it's harcore so it doesn't matter... later he'll teach me more chords...

and about the tabs, i need always to write them...even if someone show me a song or i try to play it by ear, or my own song, and memorized it, i just need to write them...it's another obssesive feature i have :unsure: hehehehe, i don't trust myself, it doesn't matter how much i play it or if i really memorized it or not, or if i know perfectly the sound, i'm always afraid f forget it...it's something like when you forget yr home keys when go out once and then you need to be sure all the time you have them with you hehehehehe(the keys thing happens to me too... :unsure: hehehehe)
anyway, maybe someday i could play good without having the tabs written...XDDDD

i also don't have an electric guitar! And yeah, i know it is quite hard to play an acoustic guitar, what is more, i have a guitar that is probably made for old man xD, because it is big and it is very hard to play something using it... It has a nice sound but you know...it is not created for a girl. My fingers are always in pain even now, when i play for a guite long time! But it is a good side of this: it is very easy for me to play with other guitar xD.

I would write down all the tabs, but i can't read the tabs and play at the same time and i can play faster by ear. I also compose songs, i think i have maybe 10 songs composed as the acoustic versions, but i twas maybe 4 years ago, i can't remember that songs very well, because i don't play them. Their lyrics are weird (i tried to make english lyrics but the fact is that i couldn't speak english then). That songs were "romantic" and about love, now i hate songs about love at all xD. I don't know if i ever compose songs using my guitar again. It will probably be when i buy an electric guitar xD. Now i compose songs with music creation programs, it is an electric music it is like dance music with a bit classical sound...

I think that learning guitar is 5% theory and 95% work and practising. I remember when i met one girl that was learing to play the guitar and i asked how she was learing to do that...she said: "you know i have read 3 books about guitars but i still can't play the guitar...WHY?"

i neither can read and play tabs at time, i just watch them a few times and try to play it by parts to see if it sounds well (in case it's a song that already exist) in case of compositions i first get an idea and make the entire song thinking about that idea and start play something that reminds me and sound like the idea i have, when i get the perfect sound i just make sure to write it just in case i forgot it...i just told you, it's because i really NEED to know i have them writen or in another case i won't be quiet and relaxed, i only have exceptions, because i keep on making little changes and that's what i don't write cuase i'm really lazy to do it, but i can remember them...i know it's a weird way to be but...it happens to me...

also about the lyrics, i really love to write, i have lots of lyrics and i've thought about a music to them, but for most of them i need a keyboard and an electricguitar at least because the form i imagine they are, so that's why i'm working entirely in new songs... i like love songs and fantasy songs, i love to talk about fantastic creatures as fairies, vampires, angels, dolls, or things like that, but i also have a very much hardcore side becasuse of my influences, so i write about rotten things too, and some of my lyrics are much agressive... and it's a combination of cuteness and sweetness with bitching...hehehe, the song i just compose it's a hardcore song (i'm not able to say it's totally hardcore punk cause it begins really really sweet and calm and it turns harcore in the chorus) and it's caled "Good girls become harcore" so you can imagin the form of the song and the lyrics...

and i'm totally agree with you about the practice, while i was trying to learning by myself i was starting looking for magazines, books, on the web, but i couldn't do anything cause i didn't knew the way to do it so all the theiry was useless to me... -_- but luckily this guy came and showed me "how to do it" and i just learned quickly cause it's something i really like to do and it's the perfect way to low my stress and i play everytime when i get tired from the school or i can't sleep or i i fight with my mom or my brother or sister i go and play and it just makes me feel in a very good mood ^_^ tomorrow he'll come to essay and i'm still thinking if i'm able to show him my first composition... i'm so shy and a song it's a very much personal thing... anyway my sis says i must show him cause i'm being selfish with him, at least he's my teacher and he's like to see my progress... i'm still thinking, it's not easy for me....

I think you have to show him your song even it is hard to do that. I remember when i composed my first song and i was really very shy to show it, i just told my mum that i had a song created by me and she was asking like...for about two weeks until i finally show it... It is probably because a song made by me is always a part of my soul... I am always afraid what people think about my songs if they like them or if they don't. I am not a profesional musician (and you are to) so we both can make mistakes in music creation. So, that is why i am nervous when someone listen to my songs. But it is a normal thing, because if someone don't mind his/her songs are good or bad, he is not a good songwriter (maybe i am not right, it is just my random thought).

Yeah, i also need not only a guitar when i create music and even not only a guitar and keyboard, that is why i have started to use music creation programs. It is very great to know that i can use almost all the instruments...i can play organ, piano, harpsichord, use various synthesisers that give interesting and not traditional sound to the songs! xD

Your song name is just... great! I think you should be very good at lyrics writing. For me it is more simple to write a music then to write lyrics, so i don't sing anymore in my songs, i just write music xD

It is weird but i play the guitar when i am alone at home, because i hate when someone listen to what i play. When i am alone i can relax and don't mind a lot if for example my mum likes a song i play or if she doesn't. I make lots of mistakes when i play something, so when i am alone i can learn more then i learn when i am not alone lol. sry, i use "alone" to much...

well i didn't show him...it was very much hard so i decided not to do it...maybe with the time... the only person i trust enough to show my music is my sister, we are very much close and slso she shows me her work... and i neither sing my songs... i can't sing and play at the time and i don't have the voice that fits in my song... i ask my sis to sing it to fit the lyrics with the music and she has awesome death vocals so the chorus of my song sounds pretty well in her voice... anyway...i really like my song and i really wanna learn to sing it but if i'm shy to play it it would be worse to sing it!!! :K: i can't imagine myself in front someone singing!!! that's a nightmare!! so sad cause i love the lyrics... and to write them i just do it at the same time with the music to make it fit right, i have never writen anything doing first the music or the lyrics (even if i have lots of lyrics, i have already the music in my mind) i don't really know how the people can write lyrics for a music already composed or vice versa... or even how the lyrics and music can be writen by different persons and work so well, i think that would be hard for me, i'm bad working in teams... and i think a song is something really much personal, i couldn't compose or write in team... also i write and compose in the night, well, in early morning usually at 2 or 3 o clock and to write, whenever i get inspired of something, sometimes when i'm in the bus going to the school or in the night...

also i'm usually alone, well, my sister's the only in home, but i get concentrated and usually if my brother and my mum are here, everyone are into their own things like me... the only thing i can't do in company is when i have to work for something about school cause i need absolutely concentration, but ti compose or write it's easier to get concentrated...

And i'm a stubborn person, i know... my problem with MM and MdM when i started to listen them is that i usually don't liked before digital music, i kjust think it has not the same quality as playing real instruments... before i met MM i never liked electonic music or anything else, but now i've open my mind and ears and i just understad that there are good digital music... anyway, maybe i should try as you with a program of music creation, would you recommend me one??? that would be nice to use it while i can get a synthetizer... maybe it's time i open myself more...

I was singing for about two years, i was a member of various local bands, but have probably said this. i don't think that singing is a nightmare! People say i have a very...how to say.. strong voice, so when i sing people that live in my house and can hear it clearly, so it hink it is the reason why i don't sing anymore. It is very hard to do it when you know that everybody who is not far away from you, can hear you. Haha, i remember when i had one random band and we were practising on the 2 store and a cosmetic shop was on the 1 store, people from that shop were coming to us very often to say: WILL YOU STOP IT?? It was like 3 guitars (solo, chords and bass) and drums and a very loud singing. Sorry, it is so random, but i always laught when i remember this... I was a guitarist (i played chords) and a vocalist. It was great to make a lot of noise when we were maybe five or four, but is not great to make a noise when i am alone... Sometimes i begin to think that i don't want to sing at all, but i try death vocals!

very often people that don't write music think a digital music is worse than music played with instruments. I think it is not the truth. When you create a digital music you have to play ALL THE INSTRUMENTS and you have to find the best sound (it is VERY hard to do it). i know many people that play various instruments and write songs but i don't know ANYONE who can create a good digital music. There are many different ways how to create a digital music and i still haven't tried them all yet. Now i compose music with one program and it is Cubase SX. If you want to try to create music i don't advise you to try this program, because it is the way too difficult for begginer. I really don't know which program would fit you, because...i have to say that Cubase SX was my first program (now i am also a begginer). I even don't know a lot of theory about this program, i have heard that people have to go to courses of lectures or such, if they want to use this program. BLAH. You know it is always a hard work, so your first steps definitely will be not so easy...

you were in bands, that's great!! i'm not good with bands... too much selfish, it's anigthmare to me work in team in shcool and about create...that's bad, i know, i would like to try to compose anything with others...

and, i'm really wanting to try digital music... hahahaha i even dreamed about it last night, that i get a program and was trying it... :D i would like to try these program you use... you know, i love the challenges, and i'm feeling really bored lately, i have lots of stuff to do for school but i get tired of it and i really need a discharge, i use my guitar, i practice japanese or investigate about something new i care, and i think i would try the program, even if it's hard... :unsure: did you donwload it from the web or you bought the software???
