Products I use:

V05 hairspray (the strongest hold I can find).
regular comb
brush
and a blow dryer with three different speeds and heat.

It takes me a little less than a full bottle of hairspray (probably only half a bottle) to do this.

If you still have questions just ask. I filmed myself pretty much the entire time of doing this and condensed it down to a 6 minute video, so a lot of things are being left out...but I don't think you want to sit there for an hour and watch me tease every strand of hair on my head. XD
