Does anyone know Mana's real name?

Someone mentioned "Kioshi Matsushita" here but I seriously doubt it.

Some also mention the name "Satou Manabu" but I think someone misunderstood something, because as far as I know that was a name a fan fiction autor gave him in his fan fiction. :unsure:

Aie. We can never be too sure (even Mon Amour members like yourself, ManaVamp? I thought we could do with some enlightenment! hehe.). So I guess you might want to put a disclaimer like "rumoured/believed to be" or something beside the name Satou Manabu on the main page, just to play safe! ;)

I always heard these sentences along with the name so I really wonder what to believe Ôo.

I'm Mon Amour member, too, but I never had a chance to see the older Madusho's, because I'm a member since August T^T. So I really don't know that much...

Mana's never officially released his name- as far back as he's known in the music industry, he's been Mana, even back in the indie days before MM.

But you know, not releasing one's name isn't uncommon in the Jrock world. There's a bunch of jrockers who have nicknames and stage names that they're known by, and nothing else.

Mana's never put his name in the Madusho's either- whatever name he had, he's been Mana to us fans and to himself for far too long to care about his name. Though us fans are still curious...

I hope Mana never reveals his name, because that's part of the Mana-mystery. The almost-mute, enigmatic, inpersonal Mana- it's all part of the shadowy image he's perfected for himself.

actually, it was his niece, not nephew. From what I know, he only has a niece. His sister had a baby, almost two years ago now. Mana, his sister, and his brother all visit their mom and dad every year around Christmas time, and thats when Mana got to meet Mi-chan again (he saw her once before when she was a really little baby, but now shes 1, soon to be 2) and tried to teach her to call him Mana-chan. He also wanted to teach her about gothic lolita and dress her up, but his sister told him she would never let her daughter turn out that way. XDD

Yeah...I believe that was just kind of some random little boy. Mana doesn't have a nephew.(^^)v More or less, that was just a rumor that can't be seriously proven, unless there is like some untranslated article about it in a magazine or something.
