PhoenixFlower - November 6, 2007 03:40 PM (GMT)
So... my wonderful daughter, Momo-chan, having been inspired by everyone here... has started to write the DIXionary.... so she's looking for entries that apply... she's actually reading our big dictionary, but will deffinatly take suggestions from here, since where else would she find a better group of Mana-sama lovers!!!!! DIX love all!!!! make Mana proud!!! :lol:

A DIXionary sounds like a great idea! It would be a great way to show others what the heck we're talking about when we mention "Turkwise" and whatnot. XD

Ahh, as many Mon+Amour members already know, the one that edges me the most XD

アイキャスミン "Ai kyasumin"
A word Mana has used throughout Madousho articles since Mon+Amour started up. Nobody is quite sure what it means, as it cannot seem to find a real translation, but many Mon+Amour members believe it to be simply a made up word expressing Mana's own excitement/happiness he tries to describe.

**as a side note to it, it is written in katakana, seeing as I wrote it above. That means the word origin is not Japanese and should translate from the root of some other language (in many cases, but not all, English). We have been able to distinguish the "ai" translates to "I" but "kyasumin" has never been able to find a true translation. Many people seem to think its Mana trying to say something in English, but we just don't know what exactly...XD

I'm glad to see someone still knowing what a pronoun is. :D I've completely forgotten. ^^;;

...

Well, I always forgot what a pronoun was in school too... ^^;;

I think a pronoun is a word that describes a noun, isn't it?

Ahh, see, even I got it mixed up. XD I just researched the differences in nouns and apparently, its a Proper Noun, rather than pronoun. I suppose you learn something new every day.(^^)v

Still, I figured it wasn't just a common noun, because that seems a little vague.

Pronoun lesson time? I'll do it Mana style XDDD

basicly, words like "he", "him", "I", "they", "we", etc... are pronouns. they replace nouns (a noun is a person, place, thing, or idea)

for example:

a sentence using nouns (which are highlighted in green):

Mana loves turkwise.

but if you can replace those nouns with pronouns (highlighted in red) without changing the fact that you're talking about Mana or turkwise

He loves it.

I think what some people were thinking about was adjectives. They desribe a noun.

no adjectives:

Mana is a man who makes music

with adjectives (highlighted in purple):

Mana is a pretty man who makes rock music.

ahaha XDD I actually retained this knowledge!? I'm impressed with myself!

The word "Mana" is actually too strong word to call totaly beautiful and cute people. Because no one can be as pretty as Mana is :mana: .

All people must use word "he", "his" or "him" when they talk about Mana even they don't know that Mana is a guy :mana: .
