Ok, I want to finally join Mon+Amour! With everything I've heard and seen of it... I just want to join, and as quickly as possible! Question: Does anyone know if I can use paypal to pay for my membership? Because I haven't seen any possibilities for that on the M+A site. I need to enter a credit card number when filling in the form, but I don't have one. I could use my father's credit card for my concert ticket, but this is of a whole different level and I'm sure he'd make a big fuss about it. Paypal's therefore probably my only option. It would so piss me off if I couldn't join because only credit card users can pay for membership! :(

Actually...I hate to break it to you, but it is credit card users only. (T_T)v
I think their system is probably really small and they can be ensured they will get the money right away with credit card, so thats all they take. It would be REALLY nice and probably save a lot of people a lot of frustration with paypal, but alas they refuse any other method of payment that isn't credit card.

Was it really? I ordered mine before it was available for abroad fans through some agency that purchases items for you, so I had no idea.
How interesting though...hmm..then maybe there is a way to go about it. If you can't find something, you should try to email Mon+Amour about it and let us know if they will accept paypal now.(^^)

Well, when my husband got me a Mon+Amour subscription, he was able to use his debit card. :blink: It took over a month for Midi:Nette to actually take the money out of his account, but it worked. As soon as he signed me up, I was a member.

I do it through debit card too, but it also works as a visa credit card. XD

If you can't get a credit card and you can't get your dad to do it, maybe find a friend who you trust very much to do it for you and then pay him/her back the money? That's what I did when I bought Syndrome's Best Collection... at the time, I didn't have a card, so my friend offered and it worked out fine!

Oh, it is good, if members can use a debit card. Because i have only debit card and can't get a credit card because i just...don't have a work! I really can't wait when i become a M+A ,member, but i have a lot work at the university and don't have a time to go to the bank which is far away from my home:( ...

Uhm, I joined through a debit card that also works like a Visa Electron...but still is not a creditcard ò_ò

I wanted to be a member. But when i wanted to pay with the Credit Card Mon Amour said there was something wrong with it. They said 'that i should contact my bank' or something.....T_T But i cannot think of anything that could be wrong...

Does anyone knows what i should do now? o.o


It says this btw: Your credit card cannot be confirmed. Please check with your credit card company.

And i already send Mon Amour an email about it. =O

If M+A says they don't know you probably should call your bank or whoever and ask them about the balance or purchases on your card and make sure everything is working correctly.(^^)v

I have the same problem, but I didn't call my bank yet. I heard about it before and I think I'm too scary to ask because I'm afraid it still won't be working...

It was horible when I was trying to join and every time I saw just this: Your credit card cannot be confirmed. Please check with your credit card company.
I don't know what to do and I'm not sure could it be a problem I live in Poland? I have no idea. I'm sure I can make abroad transfers. And I don't know anybody in Poland in Mon Amour, even I meet a lot of Mana fans and always asking if they are members. I'm not sure is it ok to check on the list of members (if there are those informations) is there anybody from Poland. Sarah-san, could you do this for me, please?

I live in The Netherlands and i can make abroad transfers too....
But i also dont know any Dutch Mon+Amour members.

Hmm...maybe i should ask the bank about abroad transfers just to make sure.

You gys, did you fill out the fields, which say "Favourite Musician" and stuff like that?
Because it`s best that you DON`T fill them out...I had a simillar problem, and did it without filling that stuff out...

Someone said, the japanese system can`t read every letter of our alphabet.

Well, i'm planing to join Mon+Amour in March (i'm sad that i can't do it now because i have spend all my money to buy DVD :mana: ) but i want to know one thing. I want to become a regular member (online only). Do regular members get Madoushos? I mean if they can see that scans online? Or do that never seen before photos go only to gold members? :huh:

You can see some of the pics on the website but not all of them and you can read the translations. There are no scans on the site.

Does anyone know how i could contact midi-nette? I have a problem with joining Mon+Amour. I have sent them a letter (this email: mon-amour@midi-nette.com), but it seems that they don't check their email...

I've send my email to that adress too. They do anwser it though. But it takes a while. (it took them 3 weeks to reply mine)

It also seems that i cannot be a Mon+Amour member thanks to the credit card problem i have. DD:.....oh well.....What kind of problem do you have?

Thank you a lot. My problem is a little bit different than yours. It's all right with my card, but it was the error during my registration, so it seems that i have already paid them money but i didn't get anything to my mail! I even didn't get the ID! it seems that they just will take my money and give me nothing x.X. So i paid for my Mon+Amour membership but i'm still not a FC member...daaaahhh....I understand that it's the fault of the system or whatever but really need that midi-nette would answer me and resolve this problem!!! and if they don't.. i will have nothing to do but to write e-mail to Mana...

Wow that sucks. >.< I hope Mon+Amour will help you as soon as possible. When they replied to my mail they did tried to help me as good as they could. So i hope they do the same thing for you. o.o

I want to join Mon+Amour BADLY, but I've heard a lot of horror stories (similar to this one) And then there's the part where I'm pretty much broke. Isn't that horrible? I know people use those excuses all the time, but it's SO true. Mana, why must your fan club cost so much?!

Its so strange how EVERYTHING Midi: Nette related seems extremely delayed lately.
Its a little off topic, but I ordered a Moitie attire a few weeks ago and was told it got delayed but would be available in 4-6 days. Its been almost two weeks now and still no word....
and then lets not forget about how the Feb. Madousho hasn't even come out yet nor have we been notified about ANYTHING.

Is Midi: Nette just randomly deciding they don't feel like working on ANYTHING anymore??

This is terrible but I'm /REALLY/ tempted to email them a really bitchy letter about all this. Honestly, us paying fanclub members do deserve to get everything we pay for, and I believe customer service is just one of those things that goes with all of it.
Let me know if they respond to you in a few days. If they don't, I'm emailing them about it. I can't take this crap much longer.

Well, Sarah, thank You a lot! I sent them a letter before 10 days, and that email adress was their because i found it on Mon+Amour site. They still didn't take my money, but the card shows that they are RESERVED, so midi-nette will take them at the end of the month (my card doesn't let me to take that money because they are for that Mon+Amour membership). I would like that they saw my letter before they take my money. As i know if they take money they can't refund anything... It's very sad to pay for membership and don't get it. Well, as i've said i'm completely p*ss*d of. If everything goes bad i will just write a letter to Mana, because he is the owner of that midi-nette. I wish CDJapan was still in charge of the Mon+Amour website. When they were things always worked so smoothly. ): I had a similar problem once with (I used a bad credit card on accident and wasn't able to join at first) but they always replied so fast and tried to work with me the best they could. Eventually things got sorted out. Lets hope that maybe Midi: Nette is just waiting for it to be closer to the end of March (perhaps the next Madoushos will come out then?) and they will take care of your needs then. That seems like it would be quite odd for them to do, but thats the most logical thing I can think of. But I'll still email them for you in a few days. Maybe it will help if more than one person emails them about these kinds of issues so they will pay a little bit more attention to whats going on.

I would be very thankful if you did that! ^^I really can't imagine why do they do such things. It seems that they just ignore letters. Maybe they just shoud have more people that work in midi-nette... :blink: It doesn't matter that my letter was one, but they should answer me! I were completely satisfied about CD Japan work, they replied very fast and tried to help me and resolve problems that occured... I got DVD very fast, so i hoped that it must be the same with midi-nette work :plant: . Maybe it would be good if i told CD JAPAN about this, but i still don't know if they can help me.

And again..about Madoushos... It's ridiculous! Mon+Amour membership is quite expensive, so the fc should work perfectly! You pay that money and don't get everything you have paid for. Well maybe Mana just didn't want to take photos on Feb :blink: .
