I read Somwhere About Mana Sama looking on a French Visual band tape thing
He said he dosen't care what nationalitiy the band is from
And he prefers Dark bands But wants to sign Interesting bands also and states that the band has to be somewhat visual because he believes
50% Visual
50% Music
In which I don't blame him I think he will not sign up the band because I think the interview was done last year or something crazy like that
I'm Sorry I forgot where I went on the internet for the interview
But I believe it might be true

I read in an interview a couple years ago, that Mana would love to sign another band onto Midi: Nette and that the nationality doesn't matter too much to him, just as long as its something that works under the image of Midi: Nette.
If it hasn't been announced at a concert, written in an official interview, or hasn't been announced officially through Mana or Midi: Nette, its not true (as far as the signing of any particular type of band goes). Nothing was ever done past that statement Mana made.(^^)v
I don't mean to be rude or anything, but if you're curiouse about a rumor, please post it in the Mana Questions section. I'll move it over there for you this time, but please make sure it goes there and no where else. I don't like rumors spreading around the internet. XD;

Stuff that is agreeable to Mana's "image". Darkness, elegance, rock, visual, but also concentrated on the music style. Theres a large array of music out there (especially visual kei type music), but I think Mana is looking for something particularly along those lines and done well.
