Somehow, I've made it back alive.

My flight back was a rollercoaster ride and I broke out in cold sweats.

The US concert is being planned to be held sometime in the spring.

Also, I'll be taking part in an event called Stylish Wave at ZEPP TOKYO on Feb. 16th.

I haven't participated in an event for awhile so I'm really looking forward to it.

First though, I'll see you at O-EAST on Nov. 23rd.

Anyway, just wanted to let everyone know, Mana updated his aesthetics the other day. Moi-meme-Moitie in Nagoya closed down a couple weeks ago, but on Feb. 3rd a new Moitie was opened in Hiroshima (Mana's home city!).

Also, apparently Mana is an evenescence fan because he said they're coming to Japan and he wants to go see them. XD

I used to worship evanescence like I used to worship Gwen Stefani (I was 13/14).

Then I actually started to learn something about goth music and japanese street fashion and realised both bands were talking out of their ass.
Though My Immortal and What you waitin' for are decent songs. (I still love No Doubt)


Ah, Mana, how I love you but hate your taste in music. Even if I am rather afecionate of Motley Crue (they try so hard! *sniff sniff* It's ADORABLE)

I think that Mana will surprise us more and more times (I mean his music taste) Fact, that he likes for example french pop is evident. But an evenescence? ^^' Little bit strange and unsuitable. However, it's his personal choice which kind of music he likes

I'm sorry but in the aesthetics in didn't say that he liked Evanescence...What he did was an interview together with them, and he just said that it was kinda cut bc they had the same taste in classical and horror movies, that's all!

T_T All I was able to read at the time was "A foreign band named Evanescence is coming to Japan to tour" and then "It was fun and cute." and then Mana's enthusiasm (in Japanese) made it seem believeable that he seemed to want to go to the concert or something. XD Some how I wouldn't doubt it if he liked them anyway. Maybe not as much as Slayer, but I bet he does just a little.

Celebratory Opening

Today marked the opening of Moi-meme-Moitie Hiroshima shop. Applauses, applauses.

Up until yesterday i was busy preparing, checking the interior and so on.

Today is the opening day but I had business in Tokyo so thats where I am at the moment.

A foreign band called Evanescence was in Japan for their tour and together we did a magazine interview.

I was a bit nervous because it was the first time for me to do a discussion interview with a foreign band.

It turned out to be pretty fun though, and we discovered we had some things in common like our love for classic and horror films.

Quite cute.

Well, more details on that later this month!

I think FOOL'S MATE (Feb. Issue) has the interview of Mana with Evanescence in it, but I have see/read/find it yet. XD;

I just read the newest Aesthetics and apparently Midi: Nette is getting a new artist!! (o_o)
This new person makes nothing like anything Mana has ever created and they require stringed instruments.
I am interested.

fufufu, I'm finally starting to be able to read more kanji and I've also figured out a way for me to figure out kanji that I don't know in the first place, so I will be trying to translate Mana's journals more often for everyone!

Sorry if my translations aren't 100% accurate, I'm not fluent in Japanese, but I thought I could use this not only for the purposes of being able to let everyone read Mana's journals but also for me to practice my Japanese.

But then again, it doesn't sound like something he'd make up...maybe its slang of some sort? I noticed he uses words that have the same meaning as things I've learned but he uses different wording and kanji for it sometimes. (T_T)v

9-20-2007 Did you get fired up!? Nagoya/Osaka

I’m safely back in Tokyo. The temperature burn violently in Nagoya and Osaka, the live’s reverberation was flooding in.
How was the beginning of a long tour?
Such as I thought, it was useless to worry.
Everyone’s hot power was amazing. We also felt things heat up!
Also this time the heat felt highest it has ever been.
Everyone shall feel the disutors power!!

Next is the Tokyo live, the highest night.

I don't know...Its not just the Japanese persay...Mana is just a weirdo. XD Sometimes he has a tenancy to exaggerate things, especially when he talks about concerts. I don't blame him though, he really enjoys it so more power to him if he wants to describe things a little out of proportion. XDDD
