Time for AMV contest two.

The theme is character connection, like, to the song.

Character Tie Ins: Relates to Itachi's murder of Shisui, and then the nightmare of his conviction.

edit: I am not going to participate, but I will link about the first minute of the amv, I originally wanted to create, but run out of time. 4 half-days is just too short.

I'd say keep going with it, you should be able to finish it.

Nah, I am not able to finish in time, I am reviewing averagely 1-2 episodes for a scene that makes about 50 minutes of work for 7 seconds.

CHRIST. What program do you use?

I can make a 10 minute AMV in an hour with WMM.

I could do too...

but you see I actually put more thought im the scenes I use.

Adjusting images to even a split second, greying some parts that look to colorful, playing with opacy, transperancy. I cut my scenes by "hand", review them and if they do not fit, the process of searching for the right images to be shown begins again.

There are some taboos... like if the 'action' / 'pace' of the images / video progresses too slow or too fast for the music, you can take it, but it will look a bit desynched.

Like In your video, where sasuke uses some fast hits, and this awesomely slowly progressing music, just sucks any awesomeness away, except for the awesomeness of the music, or when Itachi gets the note, the zoom ins...

Also, the dumb looking naruto does not belong between the scenes where itachi and sasuke fight. In the anime it is okay, as it builds more tension. Probably you even haven't noticed ;), also I need a better view of a Konoha zoom in, one that is faster and goes with the pace.

And If I do so, my AMV will be a lot more crappy than it is now, actually I am better at cutting movies :(
